Very beautiful beach line, clear water, three swimming pools, spacious bright room, smiling staff, close to the airport. Minus: it would be nice to upgrade the rooms, fix the cooling system on the 5th floor, which beeped incessantly twice a day until you go down to the reception!!!!!!!!!! I was there for 10 days and every day I called and ran.....The menu is large, but it's the same every day, they gave shrimp once.... and for the first 3 days there were problems with water: with all and only hot! But most importantly, Cancun is a heavenly November.😂😂😂
The hotel is small - 7 floors, only 4 restaurants, of which only one (buffet) is open daily, but not around the clock, which is inconvenient for early trips on excursions or home. The 24-hour rumservice does not save the situation - the food served from 11 a.m. to 6 a.m. is of poor quality. Although the food that they give in restaurants is also very much so-so. Another restaurant (like Japanese) by appointment is also not very tasty. The steakhouse worked at most twice a week - I didn't get it. The Italian restaurant feeds quite well, but there is a problem with air conditioning (it is simply impossible to sit at the entrance due to the direct flow of cold air). The restaurant on the beach is mainly for snacks and drinks. It was annoying that it was almost impossible to choose a place in the buffet on your own - there is a hostess at the entrance who accompanies you to the place she chooses, and your chances of sitting at a table with a sofa are negligible if you are alone. Two bars. Only one worked regularly. Cocktails are so-so. A lot of ice is put in drinks - be careful! Normal coffee is not brewed in the hotel. Although this is Mexico, forget about a good cappuccino until the end of the trip. Well, unless you're lucky at Starbucks. It is good that the hotel is not located directly on the road, but slightly in the depths. The rooms already have signs of wear and tear. The building is leaking, and there is high humidity in the rooms all the time. Periodically there were problems with the elevators. Although the hotel is positioned as a hotel with facilities for the disabled. Personally, I did not like the hair dryer - my travel one would have been even better, and also the lack of a lamp by the bed killed me - you could only read by turning on all the lights in the room, which consists of a lamp in the vestibule, a floor lamp on the other side of the bed and a lamp on the toilet table by the mirror. I liked the "key bracelet" system, although it was not always possible to attach it to the lock correctly. The staff tries to pull the hotel, but sometimes they don't really forget to put slippers (the floors are very cold even for me), then coffee, then the bar won't be replenished, or even you won't wait for cleaning or drinks in the restaurant at all. Not all rooms have a balcony, which is inconvenient. The hotel will eventually kill the nearby Secrets. A huge 17-storey building that casts a shadow over the hotel and its piece of beach - after 16 o'clock (December) there is no sun either by the pool or on the sun beds (they are stationary) - go with a towel to the sand. Plus the strong noise from the Secret air conditioners - there is a strong hum in the rooms from the Secret side, which of course you get used to quickly, because it is uniform, but it is better without it. In addition, the building of Secrets reflects the sounds from the site where the animation is held - night discos make it impossible to sleep at night. In addition, the hotel has good audibility in principle: the movement of furniture, taking a shower, the sex life of neighbors - you will be aware of all the little things.
