Initially, it was agreed that we reach the border and transfer to another bus there so as not to stand in line for a long time. We pay 20 euros per person for this. As a result, we stood at the border for 16 hours. And the question is, why were we charged 20 euros? When I called the company upon arrival to return 20 euros, they said it was decided by the director. He'll call you back. No one called back like that. Of course it's not much money, but it's still very unpleasant. There were also some unpleasant nuances during the tour. I have no desire to go on any further tour through this company.
