The Shokhambari sanatorium is located in a very charming place, nature and fresh air fascinate the spirit. But unfortunately, the staff needs to learn a lot from foreign partners. They behave like wild animals. Not a drop of respect for the visitor. They shout boorish, they don't answer questions. Please contact the administration, please take measures to train employees. For example, a young man is sitting on smartphones. I addressed him personally. I received a lot of insults in response. I suggest banning mobile phones in the workplace... Thank you very much, and I hope everything will be fine by my next visit and I will not get too much from the staff and employees of the sanatorium, thank you.

A cool sanatorium for rest and treatment, very fresh air. Beautiful location. A delicious buffet. As well as kind medical staff.

The cost for this hotel is too high.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms! There is no escape from the heat anywhere.
The food in the dining room is very modest. Of course there is no buffet. There is no cafe where you can have a snack.
The procedures are profanation.
There is no territory for walking. The declared 17 cc territories are not passable )
But there is a plus! You can drink medicinal water
There is no swimming pool. Boredom in the heat)
