5 stars for the place where I spent my childhood and learned to swim) it seems to me that little has changed here since then, except that the pool and gate have been slightly changed))) and so the Soviet past and inexpensive prices)
A super place!!! I recommend everyone to relax there!!! Nature, staff, cuisine - at the highest level!!! Of course, this is not for discos, but it is to take a break from the hustle and bustle, and also get some kind of wellness therapy.
I sent my mom with her friend. May 2024. It rains a lot, my mother loves this kind of weather. Greens, delicious food. I kind of jokingly said, "I'd stay here for another year." Therefore, it is definitely worth it. Junior Suite price 37 USD per person
The air, the river.Nature is all cool...I didn't like the junior suite in building 11...sagging linoleum.dirty old walls..and washed .linen...This is a junior suite...pros.. this is a super friendly receptionist in the dining room and good-natured workers in the garden
Ala Soviet Union. "Shawl" rice porridge with carrots, amlet for diabetics. The places are not bad, but it is better to go in autumn, spring or winter. Children's leisure is not provided.
Sanatorium and resort complex! The purest mountain air! The coast of the Ugam River. Tall coniferous trees. Excellent service. Qualified experienced doctors and staff. A wide range of services for both treatment and comfortable stay of patients! The kitchen is amazing! I recommend it!
The most beautiful place to relax with your family. Everything is there. Football fields, tennis court, stable, swimming pool and recreation area. There's a cot and a separate room
Hello, my dear fellow countrymen!
Before coming here, I read reviews of all kinds.
I was impressed.
I didn't want.
I almost changed my mind.
Well, intuition pushed me.
I booked it no matter what.
4 cottage. 1 apartment.
I want to tell those who leave a negative, very bad review.
guys!!!
The times are over.
It's 2023, June-July
There's such an atmosphere here,
100% COMFORT%
FOR $200
PER DAY
IT'S WORTH IT.
Thanks to the staff, 👍👍
I would call this place a children's camp Orlyonok or Artek
Only for adults with children!!!
The service is disgusting, the working staff is absolutely not friendly. The standard rooms have probably not been renovated since Soviet times. The elevator works from the 2nd floor, it is not very convenient for sedentary and elderly guests
It is very beautiful, clean, the service is excellent, the winter pool, sauna, and the food is good.
We were there 3 times and we liked it.
Only the numbers on the containers are bad, the pressure jumps.
Reviews of the Khumsan sanatorium
After a protracted, long quarantine, knowing the beauty of the village of Khumsan, they chose the Khumsan sanatorium for a long-awaited vacation. They called the sanatorium and, like everyone else, probably asked for the best room. An employee of the sanatorium named Malika promised us to present room 106 "Lux" From August 23 to 28, 2020, we rested and "treated" in this sanatorium. We wanted to pay immediately 10 days in advance, but we were told to pay 5 days in advance. Apparently they knew that they were not doing well and after 5 days they might ask for a refund.. Our "suite" turned out to be in an old building, with two rooms with old, dirty furniture, with a musty smell. I had to constantly open the windows. The view from the windows is not the best, since the first floor is located 1.5-2 meters below the level of growing pines. The facade of the building is satisfactory. The green spaces are beautiful. In a word, what God created is perfect! And the staff of the sanatorium needs to radically change, apparently it is necessary to get rid of unqualified employees. It is necessary to improve the professional level of all employees.
The bathroom is separate. The bathtub and toilet have apparently not been cleaned since the first opening of the sanatorium (during Soviet times), i.e. dirty and in terrible condition. In the age of scientific and technological progress and nano-technologies, hot water is given in doses twice a day: in the morning and in the evening for 2 hours and then "barely". Finally, we were "killed" by bed linen: cheap, made of synthetic material, with black pellets and someone else's hair. We asked to replace the bed linen, but we were given only one set for two (although it was paid for two people). It's good that I took one set of underwear from home. Dejected by all this, we went to the medical building. The doctors are polite, they immediately prescribed treatment. I asked my grandson for a back massage, but they prescribed a massage of the head and collar area. The work of a masseuse, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired. After the massage, the grandson had sharp pains in the area of the sciatic nerve. Naturally, in order not to suffer more, we stopped going for massages. The medical staff is polite and tries to serve quickly. It is not always possible to get oxygen cocktails and decoctions because of the constant pandemonium at the bar.
It is necessary to note the work of the nurse in the ultrasound treatment room. She is polite, literate, calm. What can not be said about the nurse and the distributor in the dining room, who, not being shy of vacationers, often sort out relations between themselves with far from cultural abuse. They fed us on the second shift. The canteen staff is tired, always annoyed and constantly unable to set the tables on time.
