A good sanatorium, we come and rest 1-2 times a year. Free parking for those lying down, 3 full meals a day, free concerts and discos, a swimming pool with a sauna. It would be possible to make discounts for regular customers, especially since we pay 100% in advance.

Excellent sanatorium with good medical care. the base and the staff. A swimming pool with mineral water, the sanatorium has its own mineral spring. Nutrition is prescribed according to the diagnoses.
There is a hotel accommodation service, i.e. payment for accommodation + breakfast, this is if you do not need sanatorium treatment, but you have come on business or to relax👍😊
The sanatorium is located in the upper part of the city, close to the mountains, which provides fresh air around the clock, many trees grow around the sanatorium, quiet alleys for walks with squirrels on the territory.
It is convenient for families with children, strollers can be used throughout the sanatorium, due to the absence of stairs, instead of them there is a convenient wide ramp from 1st to 3rd floor.
We rested here more than once with the whole family.
And yet ... you can eat in the VIP dining room for a small surcharge - a buffet and hot dishes to choose from.

So, sanotri Kazakhstan. It's a very strange place. I am not customer-oriented at all. At first I lived in a suite. The suite is large and has a balcony. This is where the advantages end. The plumbing was old. The layout is stupid, the arrangement of furniture is ill-conceived. The sockets are very strangely arranged. The kettle had to be boiled on the floor.
Of the advantages, there is a good bed linen, towels.
The breakfasts in the suite were in a separate room. There was a buffet. Very tasty pastries. And porridge. They also gave pasta with chicken or potatoes with cutlets. I don't eat that for breakfast.
Next, I moved into a regular room. There is a kettle in the room, but there are no cups and spoons, it turns out they are not allowed. I.e. you need to bring a cup with you?
The breakfast is not a suite, very tasty. Butter, cheese and sausage on delivery - a piece per person. The porridges are delicious. I don't eat the so-called second course for breakfast! In general, there is nothing but porridge for breakfast. There is no coffee. There are better tea bags.
In all rooms there is no tea, no gel, no soap for the shower.
Well, the cherry on the sidewalk. On the territory of the sanatorium, a screaming disco was held every evening for the whole neighborhood! If you decide to take a nap in the evening. It won't work, the crazy animator with the hits of the 70s won't let you rest!
Another episode, there was a wonderful buffet in the Katoto suite. It turned out to be a check at the sanatorium. After checking, all the various buns were removed! I.e. welcome back to the USSR.
I do not recommend the sanatorium Kazakhstan. There are many much better hotels in Almaty!

Playground .
The dining room is not a small size.
The first courses ( borscht, noodles, rice soup , all these are light soups, you can say without meat .Low - calorie and without delicious . The second courses are tastier , but they are often brought, already cooled down . Lunch time is at 13 : 00 , by this time they do not have time to set the tables , a delay of 15 minutes , therapeutic baths , do not wash after hanging , water comes down and is filled for another visitor without sanitary treatment .
My personal assessment of this sanatorium does not exceed three marks, on a five-point scale .

I went to the pool here, very nice: warm, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The water in the pool is said to be mineral. The pool is 25 m, 5 lanes. 4-6 people swim on the track at the same time during rush hours, which is of course inconvenient.

The nutritionist, Svetlana Mikhailovna Pukazova, will monitor your diet. He will smile affably and ask about his well-being. And chef Dovydova Tatyana Alexandrovna is a bright person, when she meets in the hall, even the atmosphere is filled with love and warmth. Such a variety of dishes, such abundance.... Recently we had a rest in this sanatorium, I really liked it.The rooms are clean, but towels are changed only after a reminder.A lot of water treatments are included in the price and a swimming pool with sauna is a huge plus.As they say, there are not so many doctors, at least.The territory is clean, beautiful, there is a football field, a Playground.Rest apart from the sanatorium is not organized-they said that only for the period of the pandemic everything is canceled.The food is very good, the portions are large, the menu is varied, the staff are polite and hospitable.

My first sanatorium in my life). There is nothing to compare it with. But what caught my eye in the first place was the lack of a payment terminal, only cash is accepted at the reception. They don't issue checks. Only upon request, an invoice, an invoice, and acts of completed work. It's the 21st century, information technology. But there is a Halyk Bank ATM at the main entrance.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty and varied. The chef always comes out to greet the guests, asks and wishes them a great day. The sanatorium has a fresh renovation, the room has everything you need. The bed linen, as in hotels, is white. White towels and white terry bathrobes.
The therapist prescribed a number of procedures as a paid client. According to their conditions, 2 days of stay is one set of procedures. It includes physio, wax, Vichy shower or circular, acupressure, hydro massage, salt cave, oxygen cocktail, herbal tea, sports pool with mineral water, gymnastics, etc. Underwater massage is paid 2500, gin.irrigation of 1000 tenge. There is no entertainment in the evening.
There is a playground. I'm a little tired. If you are with a child, you can visit the pool and salt cave, drink cocktails.
There is a shop across the street where you can buy everything you need.
Excellent location, on one of the main avenues of Almaty. It is easy to visit all the famous places.
The territory is large and well maintained. Clean mountain air in the vicinity of the city.

The food is bad, on the last day when the parents were supposed to leave they were not allowed to have breakfast in the morning. The parents were 81/83 years old, they were not given the appropriate treatment, they went for a massage only 2 times. They do not allow swimming in the pool, as it is beneficial for other people to swim for money. Sanatoriums are like a passageway, no one checks anyone for PCR whether he is there or not. In general, the parents did not like it, especially for us, after their story we immediately took them away from there and will no longer advise anyone (they were in the sanatorium for 6 days ).

A swimming pool with a sauna, everything is fine, only the water is a little cool 28 degrees., it was comfortable at 30 then. The food is low-calorie five times a day, but it is enough, they deliver it on carts and choose at will, although sometimes they snatch up dishes until they are delivered, but you will not stay hungry. The staff is friendly, it is clear that they value their work, Dancing with the host in the evening, a contingent of grandmothers dancing as best they can. There is a summer cafe, cinema, billiards, etc. on the territory. Everything is quiet, calm, everyone is resting, being treated. Not far from Medeo, Cimbulac by bus, there are excursions.
