The location is great, the Territory is gorgeous in fact, but somewhat neglected, few benches. the rooms are somewhat tired, the staff is basically not bad and polite. I would say the food is good, you can diversify a little and there are more dishes with animal meat, but the girls in the dining room are polite and respond to requests. But the problem is the organization of the treatment process and setting the time for each procedure, there is already a leapfrog, everyone asks each other and found out about some procedures at the end of the stay, although it was possible to get paid ones. The time spent in the pool is only one hour, of which ten minutes while you take a shower, and at the end, at ten minutes to ten, the sauna is already turned off. In short, there is very little time left. And that's why there are a lot of people in the pool at the same time. In general, it is satisfactory! I wish you success and prosperity, I think there are more pluses than minuses. You'll finalize the arrangements a little bit and that's it. Positive:
The staff is polite and sociable.
Food: delicious, large portions, sometimes there is a choice.
The area is clean. A beautiful little alley for walking.
Minuses:
Rooms: there were no bathrobes, the staff could come in without knocking. We were in May, the heating was turned off, the heater was never delivered to us. (instead of resting, they were treated for hypothermia)
Treatment: strange, incomplete, usually should not be interrupted. But here for 6 days, only 3 days of each procedure, alternates. There are men's and women's days.

I had a rest earlier on a social voucher. In general, everything is fine. The treatment is good, the service is excellent, you don't sit in line, the procedures are scheduled at the appointed time. The food is good, the assortment is large.
The pool is warm, made of mineral water, sauna, there is a gym, but you have to pay for it. There are bars and restaurants on site.
Currently, the power in the sanatorium has changed, services and procedures have become more expensive, although no investments are visible from the new management

Medical procedures, nutrition is appropriate. The building inside is shabby in places, in need of repair. The rooms also require an update. There is no special entertainment on the territory. A small area, you can get around in 10 minutes. There is also one big drawback - it does not work well or there is no extractor hood in the dining room at all. The smells of all kinds of food are persistently present on all floors. After a meal, the smell of catering is brutally eaten into clothes and practically does not fade.

I would especially like to mention the work of the sanatorium's canteen. There is always a selection of dishes, and they are delicious.

I had a rest in the sanatorium from October 24 to November 4, 2023. I will start with thanks to all the service staff for their kindness and responsiveness, for cleanliness. The same cannot be said about the order, thoughtful logistics at the management level. Today there are many examples of clear work on the organization of schedules, meals. You can simply adopt the existing rich experience so as not to create live queues in the offices for receiving procedures, "grabbing" dishes from rattling carts. According to them, the scarcity of procedures provided, the interiors (everything is clean: the staff tries, but it is dilapidated, there are no shampoos, liquid soap in the room, containers for them fall at the slightest touch), there is not enough diverse leisure organization, it feels that not everything is fine with the financing of the sanatorium.
But pleasant impressions outweigh: friendly responsive Almaty residents, generous nature, acquaintances with pleasant people, among whom I would like to mention masseuse Olga for her sensitive professionally working hands, chefs for a healthy menu. In general, I am grateful to the sanatorium and hope that its management will easily overcome difficulties and eliminate some shortcomings in logistics, unsatisfactory operation of the sauna, organization of procedures to improve the service culture. I wish all employees good health and easy work, all vacationers - also good health and only pleasant impressions from their stay in the sanatorium

This is the best place for our family. We've been here three times. 2008,2021 years with all procedures and 5 meals a day, and for these New Year holidays they rented a room there in the hotel mode with breakfast. I am satisfied with absolutely everything in this sanatorium, from the reception to the most luxurious territory around the sanatorium. The procedures are all good, especially I like hydrated. The staff treats people like they're family. For which I bow low to everyone. I love everyone absolutely. Food for slaughter 5!!!! Once a day and everything is delicious!!! In short, I don't even consider other sanatoriums. Even my teenage children liked to stand there, as they put it))))PS. The pool is huge, there is a sauna, the rooms are clean, modest, there is a ping pong downstairs, a coffee machine , a shop across the street, mountains nearby, you can see from the window. I work in Almaty from another city, before that I lived in the center, but the hotel turned out to be overcrowded, so they moved here for a few days.
Upon entering the room, I immediately realized that I did not want to stay even for one night: the room was tiny and squalid, like a hostel. The bed is so narrow that you are afraid to fall. The walls are made of paper (I heard the vibration of the phone and the neighbor's conversation in all details).

If you want to plunge into the Soviet Department, then you are here. Everything that surrounds you in this sanatorium is old and dilapidated. The rooms are tiny, cramped, and very cold. There is very little space for personal belongings. It feels like a cheap hotel or hospital. Sanatorium treatment is also limited: there is no hospital for ivs, for example. The staff tries to keep a good face at a bad game. The territory is very small, and considering that the sanatorium is located 50 meters from Dostyk Avenue, the opportunity to breathe clean air here is reduced to zero.

The food is 5 meals a day, and very tasty, it feels like they are cooking "with soul", the territory is enough for a walk., well ennobled. The rooms are clean, but there is no table and refrigerator, which is not very convenient. In general, due to the territory and super staff in the dining room, we received pleasant impressions, but the healing process and the entrance area are completely unworked.
