The sanatorium is in a good location - on the Sozh River, within walking distance you can walk along the embankment, there is a beach. The territory of the sanatorium is small, well-groomed, lots of plants, flowers, rose bushes, well-groomed, in the evening everything is decorated and illuminated, beautiful. There is a playground. You can get to the city center by taxi 11-14 rubles, minibus 2 rubles, bus 95 kopecks. The time is from 20 to 40 minutes. The medical base is good, a wide range of procedures, and I liked the treatment. Paid treatments are inexpensive. The sanatorium has its own mobile application. It is convenient to view the schedule and upcoming procedures in your personal account. There is a salt room.
The menu is customized and varied, but the dishes prepared do not always correspond to those stated in the menu. The room is comfortable, but without air conditioning, it would probably be a problem in summer. Cleaning is carried out daily.
The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and generally pleasant.

I liked the sanatorium. According to the prices, everything is available. We were in the first building, and there are three residential buildings in total. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Shower and toilet in the room. There is a wife and a mini fridge, a kettle and necessary utensils. Parking on the territory of the sanatorium.
You choose the menu yourself every day. The food is good, you can say homemade food. The territory is large, there is a Playground, a sports ground with exercise equipment, gazebos and many other interesting things. There is also a pharmacy and a hairdresser on site.
The treatment is great. The medical staff is respectful, they will prompt and help you. Treatments for every taste. Each type of procedure has its own building, so a walk around the territory is also a plus. All procedures are performed only after consulting a doctor.
There is a bus stop, minibuses and buses running frequently and late at night within walking distance.
There are also four grocery stores and one hardware store next to the sanatorium. Gomel can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
I advise everyone to visit the Chenki sanatorium, get treated, recover, and relax.

Everything is great in this sanatorium. Excellent medical facilities, friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices for paid procedures. There are small but significant deviations. Medical buildings are scattered and in inclement weather, the absence of a closed passage causes a negative impact. There is no pool for water treatments. The organization of evening cultural events should be better. We can draw a conclusion. Visiting this sanatorium is preferable in the summer.

I liked everything based on the price-quality ratio. The food is very decent, the staff is friendly, the area is clean, and the interior is clean. the medical base is good. Free parking. The convenient location allows you to visit Gomel without hindrance. As a side note: it gets dark early in winter, and the lights are kind of low, it's hard to see the path, which is not perfectly smooth. This does not reduce the good perception. A very nice and cozy sanatorium. It is located in a pine forest, near a river and a beach. A variety of procedures for different profiles. In addition to wellness treatments, there are many interesting things for leisure travelers. You can practice table tennis, you can use exercise equipment. Good afternoon! We had a rest in Chenka on New Year's 24-25, the territory is well maintained, the staff is friendly, and especially in the catering system!!! The food is good, there is a choice! Rooms in the 1st building for 5, according to vacationers in the 2nd and 3rd rooms are not very good . THE GUARDS LEFT A LOT OF NEGATIVITY ABOUT SIBA! Even during mass events, unreasonable remarks were made even to women about the time they should be in the room. It seems that the guards are not indigenous Belarusians, but citizens of a neighboring country. Alas, probably not anymore.

The whole family and their children spent their spring holidays at the sanatorium. We only had a week -8 days, including check-in and check-out. The ratio of price and services presented seemed acceptable to us and we decided to try it. Check-in was late, around 9 p.m., when I asked on the Friday before departure in the sanatorium chat if there was any way to arrange meals for us upon arrival, I was told only on Monday!!!! that there was no such service. As it turned out later, all meals fit only in half an hour - from 8 to 8.30, from 13 to 13.30 and from 18.30 to 19.00. Is it convenient for vacationers? Of course not, because if you don't have time, you don't have time to find out if it's convenient for the sanatorium. We went for a walk in the city several times, of course, we did not have time to return and ate in the city. Even in the neighboring sanatorium we were told that half an hour for a meal at a time is something unimaginable! Since we arrived on Fri, we were all at the desk until Tuesday morning-whatever they bring is ok. But it wasn't OK, our children don't eat stewed fish, pasta or dumplings in the morning, just like us-therefore, we constantly had to sort out everything by food and it was always a quest. Thanks to the understanding staff who tried to sort things out and help us as much as they could. And all because the dietitian doesn't work until Monday- well, I don't understand, you provide treatment and recreation services, why do your employees' weekends become a quest and an inconvenience for vacationers???? And yet, if you come with a family of 6 people, you will be sitting at different tables with strangers, since there is no table for 6 people!!!! Only 4-5 at most. It was uncomfortable to eat away from close people and fill out paperwork, getting confused with other cutlets, cheesecakes and fish. For the same reason, we were able to receive treatment services only for 3-4 days -the rest has already been occupied by other vacationers or purchased for a fee. Therefore, you won't even be able to buy paid cosmetology services if you haven't booked them in advance for 2 weeks -and who told us about it or advised us or directed us -the employees don't have such a goal??? I had to settle for little. The topics of buying procedures were brightened up only by caring employees of the sanatorium, who, as it seemed to us, work for pennies, apparently, the sanatorium does not want to earn money and develop the topic of providing services, including on Saturday and Sunday, but in fact, for paid additional services, employees could have large salaries if they introduced second shifts or take for an additional job. employees, and vacationers would have places to buy additional services on the spot. Is everyone okay? No, there's no mood for that here, alas. There are no special questions about the services that we managed to receive and their quality. By the numbers- we had rooms on the 3rd floor, in general, everything is fine except for the kettles, they are quite cheap, so they don't turn off, then they break. We washed the cups in the room ourselves somehow, the plaque does not wash off. The trash was cleaned, towels were changed on request, everything was normal in the room. We didn't get to the linen change, because our vacation ended for 7 nights))) Those who lived on the 5th floor had to deal with the unthinkable stench from the bathroom. It stank of sewage almost always, did it help to ventilate the rooms, close the door, and constantly use an air freshener-is this normal??? The workers couldn't solve this problem, it must have been a very long time ago - is the sewer system old or clogged with something? Therefore, I advise you to think before you buy a superior room on the 5th floor, and there is such a "fragrance". The kettle was breaking, the handle in the bathroom fell off, the batteries were blown, it was cold and they weren't working-that's the service in this room. There was no way to change it (On the positive side, the evenings and the cultural program at the sanatorium are quite diverse, it wasn't boring, we liked it. Convenient- there is a bus stop near the sanatorium. transportation, you can get to the center in 20-30 minutes. There are a couple of shops nearby, there is a pharmacy and a hairdresser, places to relax and walk. But there is no pool-for this we went once to the sanatorium "Mashinostroitel", which is nearby-a mark from the doctor of our sanatorium and a payment of 5 rubles are required.
On the day of departure, in our room when it was checked in (be careful, it's real here and we weren't ready for it at all, even though we didn't do anything like that!!)- the maid started counting out towels in front of us and, having missed one, said that we should either find it now or pay for it. We didn't count these towels at all, whether it was there or not, no one will say for sure, but the fact is, even if the maid didn't report it (and this is also possible), or it got dirty when cleaning, or someone came into our room and took it, or someonethen I left him for the procedure (although we only took sheets for them, because we didn't have any procedures for which we needed a towel-we couldn't buy it, because everything was busy!!!)- it's all on the territory of the hotel and this towel is here somewhere, not in our suitcases. I wanted to suggest opening our suitcases and checking that we hadn't stolen them with us, but my husband resolved the issue, thank God, and we didn't have to be more blamed- an unpleasant feeling, especially at the end of a vacation. We travel a lot and none of us could remember taking a room so meticulously, but we had nothing to hide, our conscience is clear, and we have no ulterior motives, although the staff apparently had a different opinion, and it's not even about the 5 rubles cost of reimbursing the towel we allegedly lost, but in relation to guests who turn out to be suspects, this is unacceptable for those places of rest who value their reputation, good reviews and the desire of vacationers to return here again. We were looking for the missing spoons in another room, believe me, we didn't take them with us. But on departure, when you're packed with suitcases, you're not able to concentrate and realize that you still had to calculate and prepare everything in front of your room according to the list in order to leave with a calm soul-this is some other reality, probably, for which we were not ready. Unfortunately, they don't value this here, but the poor maids, we really feel sorry for them, have to tear out the missing items on pain of deducting these nomenclatural items from their salaries in a 10-page room-why are you doing this to your good staff and guests, the administration??? This particular episode left a very unpleasant feeling. Thanks to the staff for understanding, helping, and solving problematic issues, but it's probably about management and the goals that are set for employees. I wish the sanatorium, while remaining a good place for treatment and recovery, to develop and revise the vector of its development towards improving service and quality, volume and range of services, increasing the comfort and convenience of vacationers in rooms, in the dining room, on the territory, so that every guest would want to return when leaving

The friendly staff of the sanatorium, they work quickly, efficiently, professionally. On the first day, we had lunch after 3 p.m. and were quickly checked into a room. The room was renovated, clean, warm, and I slept with an open balcony, even though the temperature was about 0 degrees at night. There are concerts almost every day in the evening, very good bands came, I went to Gomel on an excursion, I really liked it, everything is well organized. The medicine in the sanatorium is at the highest level. I liked everything .

Convenient location! There is a river nearby. Beautiful places.There are 55 and 54 buses + minibuses to Gomel . It feels like every half hour. And starting from 5.50 . Very convenient. The main thing is to warn! Everything is clean and tidy.
There is an iron and ironing board in the hallway, it is not hidden or closed.Each room has an LCD TV,hung on the wall. So far, there are 8 channels.Work is underway to connect the Hall (extended digital television).
There are free movies, cartoons, and concerts in the cinema hall (about 300 seats, offhand). Table tennis (You won't see this in every sanatorium.)
Cons: there are up to 10 medical buildings in different buildings. It's not very pleasant !

An excellent sanatorium. The food is delicious. There is entertainment for children in the form of children's programs, a cinema and playgrounds on site. There is a bus and minibus every 30 minutes to the city to the railway station. There are many procedures, there is a choice for any money. Minus, it smells very unpleasant tap water. The territory is well maintained, at night it is all lit up, very beautiful. There is the Sozh River nearby across the street, very beautiful landscapes. Regarding the food, the food was delicious and varied.The territory of the sanatorium is well maintained!But of course, the repair is a complete disaster, I rested in the second building, everything is like in the Soviet Union, there is no partition in the shower for draining water, only one curtain and a drain near the toilet itself.Tap water cannot be used, it flows yellow (there is a cooler on the ground floor).The wallpaper is worn, and there are places where it has already been torn.The windows are wooden, well ventilated, and you don't even have to open them.The springs protrude from the mattress from the bed, it was very uncomfortable to sleep!Repairs to the condition of the room have not been done for a very, very long time!
The check-in is not going right, I think parents with children should be accommodated on a separate floor.Almost all day and evening (even after 22:00 they were still running and making noise in the corridor), this is a sanatorium and people come here to recover and relax, and not listen to the endless screams of children for days.The procedures in the sanatorium are 5+, the meals are 5+, but the room in the room is 2 and that's a stretch.
I wish I could come here again, but most likely not...
the living conditions in the second building require major repairs!!!Proper accommodation for vacationers, I mean moms with children...

We had a rest at the sanatorium in November 2024. It is located in a picturesque location on the Sozh River. In summer, you can swim and sunbathe, as there is a beach. The sanatorium offers a wide range of medical services. Everything is neatly scheduled and you don't have to wait anywhere. There are paid and free procedures. There is a very large selection. The food is varied and delicious.
It is better to settle in the first building. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. The rest of the buildings are older and not very comfortable.
There is an entertainment program in the evening.
I recommend it for treatment and rest.

We had a rest at the end of March 2024 with a 9-year-old son. We were here for the first time. I really liked it. Thank you very much to all the staff, they are all very responsive and friendly. What's in the procedures, what's in the dining room. Good food, good leisure time. The most important thing is that the selection of procedures also takes into account all the wishes of the client. Both paid and free. There are two grocery stores right behind the sanatorium. We went there only to buy Belarusian products home. And they took cakes for tea. And so there is a lot of food. So we were by car, then 3 minutes away, the sanatorium Mashinostroitel, there is a swimming pool for 5 rubles per person. No help is needed. Just a bathing kit. Or a bus and minibus run every 15 minutes. There are 2 stops to go. We took a bus to Gomel, saw the Rumyantsev-Paskevich Palace and a gorgeous park. A certificate for two for three objects is 20 rubles. Local currency. They gave my son a birthday present. We left in the morning and were given an afternoon snack with us. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees. Good health and well-being to all.

We had a vacation with my husband from November 12 to November 23, 2024. I liked the sanatorium very much. We lived in the 1st building on the 3rd floor. The room is excellent, clean and well renovated. The room has a set of dishes, a kettle, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a TV, and a clothes dryer on the balcony. The maid took out the trash every day, wet cleaning every other day. Linen is changed every week. There are many medical procedures, both free and paid.The sanatorium works like clockwork, everything is fine-tuned, there are a lot of people, but no queues.All procedures are timed.Polite, friendly staff.The food is just super, very tasty.Thanks a lot to the kitchen.We will definitely come by ourselves and recommend it to friends and acquaintances. We choose this sanatorium based on several criteria. You can get there by car, it's not expensive, it's a good base for treatment for our taste. You will receive everything you want for treatment, a standard set of procedures, as in all sanatoriums. For an additional fee. You can also buy other fees, which are much less expensive than in Russia. Food is not the most important factor for us.,

I don't even know what grade to give. Somewhere around 5+, somewhere up to 4 is a stretch.
I liked the sanatorium itself. The prices are minimal. Yes, there is not much included in the basic contract, but even when you take additional payments on the spot, it still comes out cheaper than in Russia (for that reason, all sorts of nonsense is not included, such as irrigation of all kinds of places. If necessary, you can take it yourself).
I chose this sanatorium for two reasons. The first one is very close to the city of Gomel, and I went there every other day. If you don't have your own car, then there are two city buses from the sanatorium to the very center.
The second thing is that there are medicinal mud, here we were unlucky, just before our arrival the stove for heating the water broke down.mud. So I was left without them.
Of the main medical procedures, the mineral pearl bath remained (I treated my back). Massage is also included, but they said that there are not enough manual massage workers, so they appoint either a nugobest bed or massage chairs. Some people don't like them at all, others like them. I liked it, but it's still no match for manual. Although I have seen and know people who have been prescribed manual massage. I can assume that one of the three: this went to pensioners, or trade union members, or residents of the Republic of Belarus. Of the additional procedures, I liked acupuncture with carbonic acid (I don't remember what it's called right now). And anyway, when we were there, we got into repairs/rearrangements/relocations. I hope it's already finished. So the staff is polite and professional. The only thing I had bad luck with was the ECG. I did it for money, but it wasn't deciphered in two days, and I left without anything.
I arrived at the sanatorium by car, they calmly let me in and out of the territory, there were places. I went three times a day, but no one said anything. But there may be one problem, the guard has to wait for the gate to open, he waited for 20 minutes once. He's either on his rounds or somewhere else. If you are traveling by train, then you can take a city bus from the station and not spend money on a taxi.
There's nothing wrong with the food, and it's delicious and satisfying. The menu is customized. The only drawbacks are that a very small amount of time is allocated for meals, if you didn't have time, overslept, then that's it. And dinner's a little early, if you're out in the city, you choose to go earlier for dinner or already in the city to look for a place to eat.
Some people write that there is a swimming pool nearby that you can go to. Yes, there is, in the neighboring sanatorium, two bus stops away. No one will say, but you can put a stamp in the sanatorium at the doctor's office or at the registry office that the pool is allowed, and then they let you in without any problems. But I was unlucky in this regard again. When I was in that sanatorium, they also started to carry out repairs and I was left without a pool.
One of the wishes: almost every evening there is a movie in the cinema, but until you come, you will not know which movie will be shown. It's not very convenient. I still need to write. On the dance floor: when the young man was leading, he really liked it, when the girl was not very old, then the music was like in a pub. And not everything is written out, which is where: for example, I accidentally found a library, or maybe there was something else somewhere, but I didn't know.
As it is, I liked everything, so I'll put 5, since 4.5 cannot be put.
PS: I almost forgot. There is almost no reason to buy a ticket with departure on Sunday or Monday, since there are practically no procedures on Saturday, and not at all on Sunday.

An ordinary sanatorium is no different from other Belarusian sanatoriums, all have their pros and cons, you will not please everyone.The procedures are also like all sanatoriums, the food is also (good), the leisure is the same, the territory is also (good), fresh air. Bottom line: I recommend sanatoriums in Belarus, everything is clean and tidy, etc., etc. I read the reviews and realized that you will not please everyone. We had a rest during the New Year holidays in December 2024. The sanatorium is wonderful, we have already gone on vacation 5 times, but this year the New Year's banquet is terrible (we went to this event three years in a row). I'll tell you everything for this year: The quality of cooking was excellent, there was no service at all, all the food was thrown on the table, the hot food was brought early, before twelve, dessert was brought at one in the morning, empty plates were not taken at all. I would like to focus on the program separately. : This is the worst program in three years in this sanatorium, the sound is disgusting, the presenter is inaudible at all, the presenter let the evening take its course (did not work at all), there was nothing to see except the clown illusionist, Santa Claus and the snow Maiden are freaks made of life-size dolls. In general, money is wasted. The prices for the banquet are very high, the price of the banquet does not match the quality. We will not come to this sanatorium again for the New Year and we do not advise anyone. The treatment at the sanatorium is excellent, the staff is excellent. I read the reviews and decided to come to your sanatorium. And in vain. There are no questions about the treatment, the staff is polite, they do the procedures well, they try their best. But the cleanliness of the rooms is a real problem. We went to the superior room in the first building. The furniture is not new, but everything works and it seems to be quite good. But there's a horror in the bathroom. They haven't washed the walls for five years. There is fungus and dried dust on the walls. I had to wash the hair dryer myself with a cloth before picking it up. He was gray all over. There is dust on the sockets in the bathroom and someone's hair is lying. They asked us to remove our room, describing exactly what was wrong. But our request was ignored. They came, washed the toilet floor, and that's it. I go into the shower in my flip-flops because I'm afraid of catching a fungus. There are no clear stains on the floor. The bedclothes (duvet cover) are torn at the seam. It doesn't bother anyone. Except for me. If I had the chance, I would have left. But our tickets were bought a long time ago and new ones cannot be bought for these dates. This is how we got acquainted with Belarus. Somehow the sediment remained. I didn't think it would be like this.

Well, the sanatorium is more or less, of course, in order to be treated here, you need to be healthy as a horse, because you wind up the mileage in a day.
There are problems with parking on the territory, in order to find a place, you have to be lucky, because the places are not assigned to the guests. In others, for example, they put cones in an occupied place, which is very convenient.
All the buildings with treatment are scattered throughout the territory, I can't walk so much with my coxarthrosis. To eat, you also have to go, even if you settle in building 1, you go through the passage to the dining room, those who have problems with movement will have a hard time. There are shameful plastic chairs in the salt cave, I couldn't fit in them, even my thin wife was cramped. It would be possible to buy just wooden or deck chairs. The same ones are in the changing room, where there are water procedures, I am limited in movement, it is difficult to get dressed standing up, there was nothing to sit on, I had to abandon the procedures.
Keep in mind that almost all procedures are designed for people up to 100 kg. Therefore, it is too late to treat anyone who is more than a hundred. All water treatments were not available, only a circular shower or charcot's paid shower.
One large towel is provided in the room for both procedures and personal hygiene. Wet towels are not changed, be prepared to take them with you or walk around with the same thing all week.
The food is delicious, simple, canteen-style.
There are coffee machines in the dining room, they are turned on only for breakfast and on some random day, for 7 days, they were turned on 3 times, if you did not have time to pour coffee within 15 minutes after the start of breakfast, then the grains run out and you enjoy warm water with milk. It's not clear why you can't turn them on every morning, and anyone who doesn't want to drink tea from a thermos could safely pour himself a cup of coffee.
After reading the reviews, we checked into an improved room in the 1st building. The room is beautiful, the repair is good, there were no questions.
The entrance hall certainly looks expensive and rich. In the other buildings and the dining room, everything is safe.
Few procedures were offered to us, get ready to buy more, it would be nice if the doctor at the reception gave out a brochure describing the full range of procedures offered. Because near the ticket office on the ground floor, we got acquainted with what procedures there are, generalized, for example, 25 types of massages - which ones? We didn't find it. To make this information more accessible and understandable is to earn additional funds.

The food is at a very decent level, there are many national dishes, very tasty, thanks to the chefs. It was only the cleaning of the room that overshadowed, and for this she took off the star. In 9 days, they cleaned once and then on demand, the linen was not changed once, although upon arrival it was announced that cleaning every day and linen change once every 7 days. Cleaning means taking out the garbage. The shower did not work, it was replaced in the evening, the water had a disgusting smell. At a disco, if the DJ is a man, then it's fun, if the girl is boring.

I really love this sanatorium. Excellent medical facilities. Competent medical staff, in the dining room and the maids are polite and helpful. The territory is small, but well maintained. It's quiet and cozy. I've been there 8 times already from 2011 to 2024. Prices for Russia are low, if you don't expect "super-lux" rooms and something unearthly, then it's just fine. The city is close. The river bank with a promenade. For a quiet rest with treatment - great.

The sanatorium is not bad, the medical base is decent, the territory of the sanatorium is beautiful and well-groomed, next to the sanatorium there is a very beautiful embankment of the Sozh river. The staff is friendly. I did not like the food (I rested with my child on social insurance vouchers). It is necessary to review the menu for children (liver patty and stewed cabbage...not every child will eat this) and for adults, too, the menu is very meager (perhaps this is only on social insurance vouchers). The room cleaning is disgusting. Well, the season of mid-May and early June is better to exclude for recreation, there was an unrealistic invasion of midges (it was impossible to go out for a walk).
