Super stylish houses! everything is fresh, good sound insulation, you can't hear the neighbors, good quality bed linen, towels. The territory is clean, well-groomed, the owners are very pleasant, responsive, there is a separate kitchen (while in the process of arrangement, but it is clear that it will be on the level, the dishes are good, everything you need is there, there are many cafes and shops nearby.The beach is 3 minutes away, which was most pleased that the beach is separate from the hotels, the 3rd day is here and no more than 10 people for the entire beach!, there are bungalows and sun beds for an additional fee, but they were not useful to us, because there are pleasant small pebbles by the sea, and sand a little higher (you can lie quietly sunbathing) in general, everything is 5* (some 5* hotels in Abkhazia are not comparable)

A wonderful hotel! Everything is clean and new. Figs, pears, persimmons, citruses grow on the territory, everything can be eaten directly from the trees. Clean sea, quiet beach. The center of Sukhum can be reached without problems by public transport. There are several shops and a bakery nearby.
Very polite, cultured hosts. It is clear that they put their soul and a lot of money into the hotel. Everything is selected with taste and love. There are gazebos, a barbecue area, a shared kitchen, a washing machine, a microwave. The room has a kettle and refrigerator, hairdryer.
In general, we really liked it! We will definitely come again.

How happy I was to be here , it was only in this beautiful place that I was able to relax both body and soul .
We were greeted by the most lovely and attentive hosts who are always ready to help, prompt, show. Thank you very much for the warm welcome🙏
The houses are very cozy and large, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sooooo comfortable soft beds and new crisp bedding, only then I was able to sleep well. Everything is new in the houses, it still smells of wood 🌳
The sea is literally two minutes away, the water is clear, there are few people, dolphins swim. The shore is mostly pebbles, but there are also sandy places. You can immediately rent sunbeds, poufs and saps.
Nearby there is a cafe where you can drink delicious coffee with beautiful sea views, there are shops where you can buy everything you need. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center by car or by minibus.
The only thing I regret is that I did not come here earlier, but I will not do this anymore, next year only here and for at least a week.
I highly recommend this recreation center, where you will really get high
