It will do for unassuming tourists. Excellent location, excellent helpful staff.
Of the cons:an average guy in the kitchen, a very tired bathroom, problems with hot and cold water, lack of animation, and in general, it's kind of sad.
This option is perfect for those who do not plan to stay in the hotel most of the time, but go on excursions every day, walk around the city, etc
. In general, I liked everything, but at the time when I was vacationing here (new year 2024-2025) there were sooo few people in the hotel and I was almost the only Russian speaker. and the staff only knows English(

Good time of day
We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights from the end of January to the beginning of February 2025
In order:
The location is excellent, the beach is 50 meters from the hotel, the main Sheraton street is a 5-minute walk away.
The staff are polite, they know English, there is practically no Russian, they respond to all requests, there was a misunderstanding a couple of times, but absolutely nothing critical
The food is excellent for three people for sure, plus couples pour soda from 10 to 22
The rooms are cleaned, and water is left every day.
Of the disadvantages, I can only highlight the fact that in some rooms you have to wait 5 minutes for hot water to come out of the shower and the fact that not all outlets work, but the Wi-Fi is weak and only in the lobby at the reception.
As a result, we get a great hotel if we evaluate the price / quality, we would like to return to it🙃

There is nothing much to add to many other reviews. Really for non-picky people who need a hotel for overnight accommodation and meals. Personally, I spent only 3 out of 10 days at the hotel, traveled to other cities in Egypt, I was satisfied with everything, the food was normal, the location was also good (a 5-minute walk to the lively part of Sheraton Street). One of the disadvantages is that in the evenings, the water in the shower sometimes needs to be drained for a while, 5-10 minutes for hot water to run; wi-fi catches very poorly even near the reception desk, it doesn't work in the room at all.
