Previously, I enjoyed visiting this barbershop with my whole family, but there was a change of staff.
The administrator did not warn during the recording and before the service about the impossibility of paying with a card (previously there were no such questions) . I confronted him with the fact after the haircut. I didn't have any cash with me, and the administrator offered to leave the child as a "deposit"! while I withdraw money from the ATM. I no longer use the services of this hairdresser.
Although I have nothing to do with the quality of the haircut master's work.
I would like to start with the fact that wherever services are provided, it is important not only to PROVIDE a quality service, but also, importantly, customer orientation and professionalism (or at least its makings) are important.
It was not possible to use the haircut service in this place, therefore, unfortunately or fortunately, there is no way to say anything about the work of the masters (
But, so to speak, they enjoyed the initial service.
Recorded mom 11.10 for a haircut. We agreed on everything: time (12.00 - 12.10.2023), masters (Tatiana), payment. We arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time. The administrator quickly leafed through the notebook of the record, apparently realized that our record was not noticed and taken into account, approached the master with the words "record for 12.00", to which she replied - "rewrite".....
We were told that the master is still busy, does not have time to finish the client, which, judging by I mean, I just sat down in a chair, and I need to re-sign half an hour later.
Hence the questions arise:
1. then why do I need a preliminary appointment??? A barber shop is not a polyclinic... Or, maybe it is considered normal to play with the time of the client: half an hour more, half an hour less... I have a working day until 20.00 I have nowhere to hurry, so it turns out ???
2. understanding the time it takes to provide the service. Each service has its own time, right? The haircut is simple, the haircut is complicated..... Or is everything done the same way, in 30-40 minutes?
And, by the way, when the administrator suggested waiting for half an hour, then, excuse me, where should I have waited? There are no waiting places there, due to the small room... Is there a lone chair in the hallway, is it on it? Sit in turn?) Or, having come to a certain time, you need to walk down the street and nearby shops, because someone does not have time, someone did not notice?
PS Maybe, in our case, the stars just came together like that, I don't know.... But, there is certainly no desire to go there!
