For its value, this is a great combination of price and quality. A clean private beach, a quiet place comfortable for sleeping. Not very far from the center of Koh Samui. A simply furnished but clean room. I didn't take the safe because I knew that nothing would be lost. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel, but there is an excellent cafe with a full breakfast for less than 90 baht in one step.
It's a cool hotel. Small, conveniently located a little away from the road, quiet, cozy, clean, everything is monitored, yes, there is no 24-hour reception, but if you understand what a budget hotel in Thailand means and you have something to compare it with, then you will definitely appreciate it. We generally found it at the time of arrival on Koh Samui as the cheapest (we travel around Tai and stay in hotels for 3-6 days) and I was very surprised by the room (large, there is a bathtub, which is not often in Thai rooms)
An inexpensive hotel, a good pool, towels, including beach towels, are changed every day. There is a shop, although the price tag is too high, it is better to walk to the seven for 7 minutes, there is bike rental (from 300 baht), there are massage parlors, there are cafes, even with Russian cuisine. Access to Chaweng Noi beach is 50 meters (via a bridge), light sand, the hotel's sun beds are blue (free), the water is warm, transparent, the beach is long and wide. To move around the island, it is better to take a bike or a car (there is a rental on the way to seven, although the hostess is not friendly) Tuk tuks work like taxi drivers, the price tag is not adequate. And so, everything is within walking distance. I recommend.
The hotel is good not far from the main road, but at night you can't hear the sounds of engines, daily cleaning and linen change, water was replenished as it was consumed. The breakfasts are amazing. There is no safe in the room, but there is a room with safe deposit boxes at the reception. You select a cell and they give you the key to it. We used it, nothing was missing. There were no curtains in the bathroom at the entrance, they came to the reception and reported this. The staff brought everything and hung it up within an hour. The only thing at the reception desk was that one of the employees was always on the phone and if someone contacted her, she reluctantly answered. And she didn't care if you understood her answer or not (not all Thais have a clear pronunciation in English). Access to 2 beaches separated by a so-called river. On one beach there is a rocky bottom and it is not very comfortable to swim, and on another beach with a sandy bottom this "river" flows out (motorboats are parked along the entire river) and the husband bathed and immediately went to the room for a shower. Although the locals splash around with the children there. But if you go a little further along this beach, there are already many hotels and the water is normal (apparently the waters of the "river" no longer reach, but are diluted at the very beginning). So we took a motorbike and went to the clean wild beaches.
The hotel is a solid two, no more. There is no safe and TV in the room, the furniture is old. The room is cleaned every day, but the bed is not changed. They clean poorly, sometimes they don't even wash the floor, mugs, plates, and sink. The bed linen is worn. Towels with holes. The worst rooms are provided for Russian tourists, because many Russians do not speak English and cannot express their complaints. So they put us in the 3rd building and deliberately gave us the last room on the 4th floor. Everything would be fine, but a high-voltage electricity line runs next to the windows, sparks constantly occur on an electric pole due to the resistance of the wires and the wires crackle with sparks very loudly, an electromagnetic field is formed, which is harmful to human health. We couldn't sleep properly, woke up in the morning with a headache, blood pressure rose, and felt as if we had a hangover. I went to the reception to ask to change the room. The Thai woman sitting there called a young Thai assistant, they began to deceive that the hotel was full and there was only one room opposite, where it was also impossible to relax, since the rattle from the wires could be heard there. I began to demand that the Thai change the room, the conversation turned to a raised tone. After an hour of such communication, I was given a room on the floor below, but from the other end of the corridor, where there was a staircase. On the one hand, there was no terrible crackling of wires, and birds could be heard singing at night, on the other, tourists could be heard walking up the stairs. When we changed the room, I saw a lot of keys on the reception desk from other vacant rooms. That is, the Thais deliberately gave and settled Russian people in bad rooms. Of the advantages, there is a beach nearby, but the beach is bad, there are stones nearby and if you swim, you can scratch yourself on the stones. The sand is not snow-white and not comfortable for the feet. There are waves on the sea, it's crowded. The most important advantage is good delicious breakfasts with different fruits. Convenient location. That's all. Photos of the hotel and power grids are attached to the review.
This is a normal hotel. It is very conveniently located, one of the best beaches in Koh Samui. The breakfasts are no worse or better than in most hotels. Of the minuses - smokers on the neighboring balconies)))
The room stock is tired, but in all other respects: the location of the hotel, the staff, the cleaning of the rooms is on top! I would especially like to note the breakfasts, the variety and the almost individual approach! Starting from pancakes with banana and to crumpets with condensed milk, everything is very tasty and soulfully cooked!
The hotel matches its stars!!!
In general, it's not bad, but it's time to change the furniture in the rooms! They clean up and change the bed towels on time👌
The breakfasts are delicious, a variety of dishes!👏🏻
It's convenient to walk to the beach in 3 minutes!
Everything is decent for your money, although it's a little old, the kondei makes noise at night like a vacuum cleaner) the pool was useful, because there were waves on the sea, breakfast is good, overall good.
A normal hotel for its category, quite comfortable, quiet place. But for the comfort of movement, it is better to rent a bike, it's a long way from the shops. And so, I liked it.
The only hotel in Koh Samui, which was slowed down for several days, as relatives came there to visit, who could not find a tour to my (neighboring) island. I can only compare it with where I lived.
I didn't like it very much. A completely stupid layout: you enter a room, followed by a bathroom with a toilet, followed by a balcony. One person doesn't care, but if you have a family, then no. And from the street, I usually go to the bathroom right away, wash my hands and feet. You have to stomp across the room.
Further, only two sockets (one in the bathroom) are not plugged, the rest (I'm not exaggerating) cannot be used.
The shower is so-so: the pressure is weak and with hot water so much. Fortunately, it's not so critical here, I just like warm.
The cracks in the balcony doors are highly praised by local insects.
The conder is ancient and works the way he wants. The remote was not given. Fortunately, there is an IR port on Xiaomai and I have at least a little power over this diabolical machine.
Water is not brought (usually in hotels once a day ± a liter of water is allowed. There were originally three bottles here, but that's all, they were no longer brought in.
The reading lamps were made very stupidly, right on the base of the bed. Children are at risk of getting hurt, and I almost broke one this morning when I wanted to pull myself up. They're right over your head.
Breakfast is expensive, 250 baht. We went to the next diner, near the Ford of the 37th year, you can't go wrong. The food there is tolerable for 109 baht.
On the plus side: the beach is good nearby. The light does not turn off without a card, so you can safely leave the conder when you are not there. The cupboards don't smell damp.
There is a cooler and a boiler for drinking water. Of course, of mediocre quality, but at least so.
The design of the room in terms of furniture and colors, and the ceiling seemed far from the worst. There is a cozy balcony. The pool is passable. I didn't meet any particular insects, despite the cracks; they may be processing this +.
I can't tell you the price, I don't know the policy on Koh Samui. On the neighboring island, I pay less, I get more.
In general, if you are offered as part of a tour, then you can take it, but keep in mind that the place is more for sleeping than for living. But it can be worse, I assure you))
I really liked staying at the hotel, excellent service, beautiful on the territory, close to the sea, clean coast, smooth entrance to the sea, the sea is clean, there is always free to lie, the room is cleaned every day without reminders, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is responsive, attentive, I really liked it! I recommend it!
We stayed at this hotel at the end of January 20, the hotel is very good, the location is excellent, there are delicious cafes nearby, the beach is a couple of minutes walk away, one of the most beautiful in Koh Samui. We will be happy to return there again.
We were in the Deluxe room in February 2020. the rooms are large, the furniture is new, the balconies all overlook the beautiful pool. There is a hair dryer.Attentive staff, always tried to help. The lamp was not lit, it was changed on the same day.. The towels are new, changed every day. The bed linen is gray, but we didn't pay attention to it. We have never regretted choosing this hotel
Very good location, one of the best beaches on the island, take only deluxe rooms, breakfast without bacon, a lot of regular guests, the price corresponds to the real level, there are not many people.
Building number 1 is already quite shabby, I have been coming to this hotel every year for 6 years every year it gets worse (the condos work every other time). The hotel needs renovation.
