You can go in and touch and see different samsung devices. There seem to be consultants, but they are of no use. So I advise you to watch it live and buy the right product in another store. If anyone is interested, they sell phones for the Caucasus region with a non-working Samsung.

We contacted the store about the defective product (the holder fell off the branded cover), came with a receipt, a box and goods, but God be with him. The seller did not even take his eyes off the monitor, did not study the problem, but simply said that he could not help in any way! The attitude of the people in the Chinese stalls is better than in the flagship store!

I understand that this is the flagship store of the company. It is doubly unclear then why, in 10 minutes of studying the product, we did not receive the attention of the sellers, who clearly noticed us, but did not even say hello. Maybe it's not a flagship store after all..? Eventually, when we decided to call them ourselves, they disappeared altogether. As a result, we went to the fifth element for advice - bravo service men!
The store itself is cool. Apparently, all Samsung equipment is represented there, except, perhaps, combat robots))
