Today I came to pick up the phone after repair.
The phone was repaired perfectly, there are no complaints about this. But the counter employee said that they do not accept cashless payments. To my question - why was there no information about this when I called - the answer is: "I forgot."
But he does not forget to talk about personal topics in the workplace. If my bank's ATM was not in the shopping center, I would have to look for an ATM.

I handed over the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 headphones for repair, the left earphone was wheezing.
We did everything quickly, I didn't even expect it, I usually waited for months in other services.
Employees can be seen that they are trained, pleasant, polite.

The service center does not work on weekends, although it is written on the Samsung website and on the website of the service itself that it works.
I don't recommend it. If they lie about little things, they will lie about the rest.
