The building itself is fresh, so there are no complaints about the appearance and those.There is no condition.
There is a cafe on the territory, you can have a normal breakfast and dinner. Food is collected and delivered to the room without any problems.
Wi-fi is stable, which is a good indicator for Abkhazia.

We stayed with my husband at the Samson Hotel from April 24 to April 30 and were very satisfied! The service is excellent, the rooms are constantly cleaned, there is everything you need, the staff is always on site, everyone is very friendly and always happy to help, everything is very clean and tidy, there are water coolers on the floors, delicious food in the cafe, there is Parking for a car, close to the embankment. We highly recommend this place!

We had a vacation with my husband at the end of March. I really liked the hotel: the room is clean, cleaned every day. The hotel has a pleasant smell of cleanliness and freshness👍
Good location - 5-7 minutes walk to the market, 3 minutes to the embankment, the sea is visible from the balcony, next to a shop and a fruit counter. There weren't many guests, no one was making noise, no music was turned on, which is an important criterion for me, especially in the evening👌
There is a parking space for a car, but in season it is better to book in advance.

We rested with our family in this hotel on 07/17/2022 for 11 days, we did not expect why a troika, although I would give 5 stars, everyone is kind, helpful, prompt, call a taxi, cleaning daily, change of towels every 2 days, bed every 3 days, we were pleasantly surprised by the white waffle towels in the room, the safe in the room is free, on each floor has a cooler, cold hot water, toilet paper in the bathroom,, white,, soap, paste and toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, new probes every day, hair dryer, the only minus is the shower curtain sticks to the body and stinks when wet, running in the bathroom, you can use an ironing board and iron for free, in the room clothes dryer, you can wash your clothes for 400 rubles, the lobby is always clean and smells nice, we lived on the second floor, we could see a little sea, live music is on site every evening, you can't hear in the room if you close the balcony door, there is air conditioning, we were satisfied, thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice hotel, polite staff. Very clean, beautiful. Cleaning is done every day, towels and bed linen are changed. There is a cafe on the 1st floor, delicious food for every taste. We liked everything very much.

I did not expect such clean and modern rooms. Cleaning is done daily, the linen is white and clean. The staff also got 5 points, rested here for 6 days in July, only positive emotions remained. The only disadvantage is the location on the edge of Sukhum, but we were by car, so there were no problems. There is a parking lot behind the fence, not big, but there was always a place. I recommend you to visit. For this money, you will definitely not find the best in Sukhumi.

For me, the best hotel in Sukhum.
The embankment is a 5-minute walk away.
The hotel is relatively new.
There is its own private Parking.
The prices are affordable.
Cozy rooms, snow-white bed, always clean rooms,daily cleaning, bed change every 3 days.
There is a dining room, which is a big plus! very tasty kitchen, always courteous, smiling canteen administrator (well, maybe the position is called differently), she takes orders, it's nice to come.
In summer, they work like a buffet, always fresh fruits.
The reception staff would like to say a special thank you!
They solve all emerging issues promptly, always smiling, friendly!
We have been coming several times already, everything is always perfect!!!

We had a vacation in Abkhazia for the first time...This hotel is impressive..brand new, clean, cozy...the sea and the Embankment are 5 minutes away.walking distance (across the roadway).... very nice people work at the Samson Hotel...Huge greetings to Katya and Henri...they treat all vacationers with love and attention...they do not leave anyone without attention....room cleaning without flaws, the girls are trying very hard, they put their soul into it...special thanks to the owner of the hotel, always positive and up to date with all events...the advantage of the hotel is that it has its own dining room...They didn't rush around the city in search of food...breakfast + lunch + dinner...choose as you wish... a bar... there is a market and a Magnet store within walking distance....We were satisfied...good luck and prosperity to Samson...

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, delicious food. Clean, there are gazebos on the territory, Parking, does not depend on water and light outages, because it has its own generator, there is WiFi throughout the territory. It's three minutes to the sea at a slow pace. Near a nice beach with sun loungers, cafes, the beginning of the embankment. There is a grocery store right at the gate, shopping malls in one block, and a city market in two blocks. Everything is close and convenient. Great.

The hotel is not bad in principle. But in the process, one unpleasant minus turned out - it is better not to go to the beach just in that place, because the stinking drains merge into the sea in this place. So from this hotel to a normal beach it turns out to be a pretty decent distance.

The best hotel in Sukhum!
Pleasant and helpful staff, its own Parking on site, but it is better to immediately specify this point if you book so that you have a place left.
It is a 5-minute walk to the sea.
We went with friends from different cities and they stayed at a nearby hotel, but the Samson administration was not against us having a rest on the territory all together!!! I recommend it to everyone!

There is parking for approximately 8 places, an additional entrance immediately from the parking lot. The hotel has an elevator. Cafe for 4 points. The location is far from the center. This is probably the best hotel in Sukhumi.

I really liked the Hotel, a worthy place in Sukhum. New, everything you need, cleanliness, and, most importantly, that all the wishes requested by us were taken into account. We had a rest with my wife at the Samson hotel, everything is at a high level. The price-quality ratio, the location to the sea, the responsiveness of the staff, the food in the cafe on site, all deserve praise. Special thanks to the hotel administration. They helped with solving the problem. We were forced to leave the holiday a day earlier due to problems with train tickets. The guys went to the meeting and returned the money for the unused day of accommodation, which once again emphasizes that the main focus for the hotel is on people and their problems. The place is not very good....if not by car, it's a long way to the center. There are vacant lots around, and the park is 10-15 minutes away. The same distance to the embankment. The yard is fenced.
