I'm reading reviews, maybe in 2023 and earlier there was something wrong with the staff. We had a rest in August 2024. We always had breakfast here. Breakfast is until 11, but we are late, we came to have breakfast already at lunch. At our request, fried eggs were fried for us, although this is a breakfast dish. The food is fresh, the portions are good, everything is delicious. The staff is friendly, they offered to treat you with wine😁 the owner's wife, they say mom makes desserts. We rested at the Samson hotel in Sukhum from August 15 to 27, 2023 and used the cafe at the hotel. It was sooo cozy, comfortable and delicious to eat, the portions are large and the prices are normal. The staff are great, sincere people. Separately, I want to say a huge thank you to the female bartender in the cafe with the amazingly beautiful name Mzia! She tries to take into account all the wishes of visitors and suggest or advise a particular dish! We have the warmest memories! Thanks!

We rested in this hotel. There was a sick company and when the day of the eviction came, the administrator claimed that a young man allegedly stole towels from them in one of the rooms. Moreover, the request to view the cameras was refused by both the owner and the administrator. I have not yet met such rudeness on the part of the owner and the administrator himself. They accused out of the blue of theft and did not want to just resolve the situation normally. Bottom line: we lost not only customers in the face of our company, but also ruined our rating and reputation. They demanded to pay 2,000 thousand for towels. Yes, the head does not have any foresight at all. And finally, we heard a curse in the back from the administrator. We are very disappointed.
