The house is warm. Clean. However, there are disadvantages. The playground is broken, the janitor keeps it clean, tints it, but major repairs are needed. And an inconvenient exit to the street. From the ground floor there is only an exit from the parking lot.

Excellent location, we bought an apartment here and did not regret it, the yard is large and closed, children have plenty of space.

Good location, but the finishing and maintenance are not high-quality and expensive, the KSK does not work here at all, cleaning the entrances 1 per week, the doors to the entrance tear off the hands or the door does not open at all, the elevator is good, it works smoothly, in general, the LCD itself is not bad, just the people themselves and the employees are unscrupulous. Poor LCD, but the price is not small. When we bought an apartment there, this LCD was described to us in such a way, it was so screwed up. And as a result, the finishing tile falls off. The walls of the apartments are cracking. Even in the bathroom, all the tiles cracked. You have to climb a terrible staircase (slippery and not comfortable), the entrance had to be from the first floor, and the developers sold the premises for commercial real estate. It is not worth buying apartments there. There are such gorgeous residential complexes nearby.
