One of the best elevators in the city, if not the best. You start to appreciate it when you have to ride elevators in other buildings. The difference in class is immediately noticeable.

Nice building, combined business center and shopping center. Magnum is gorgeous, there are cafes, restaurants, a fitness room, a large game room, Marvin and more. In front of the building there is a beautiful artificial pond on the side of Syganak.

I can say for the building. It seems convenient, but after a couple of doors you get into the lobby with shops, a fitness center and other amenities - so-so feeling.
