We visited the Samruk Hotel. She's perfect! !! Perfect cleanliness and friendly staff! ! There are no foreign odors such as tobacco, alcohol, etc. The bed is white, clean, without stains, with a pleasant smell. There was also a smell of detergents in the bathroom and no unpleasant ones. I really rested. Thanks!

The beds are not very conveniently located (they rest against the roof arch) and in summer the rooms are hot. But in general, it is a wonderful hotel for its price. Bath accessories and slippers are provided.

We liked it. We stayed in the junior suite - clean, everything is in good condition. We were very lucky with the administrator - Aidan, thanks again). There's a decent cafe downstairs. The only inconvenience is the 4th floor without an elevator.
