The An-2 aircraft's tech-memory was installed at the exit from Malaychuk Street to Sovetskaya Street, if I'm not mistaken, about 20 years ago - in 2001-02. Interestingly, in 2002, the film "Sky. Airplane. A girl." The picture, however, is not connected specifically with this "cornhusker", but the moment is remarkable in terms of the fact that the sky is everywhere, the plane is here, and girls, like grandfathers, are walking around, spinning, wandering around.
Paved paths were made about 3 years ago, allowing you to get closer to the plane. I am attaching photo frames both recent and taken in the 14th year, when there were no tracks yet.
The location of this biplane is connected, as all locals know, with the neighborhood "Old Airfield", built in the 70s on the former base of military aircraft.

AN aircraft-2. Now he is the business card of the neighborhood. And in Soviet times, you could fly on such a plane by paying 400 rubles! At that time, it was a considerable sum!
