At first glance, the hotel is very cozy, well renovated, modern, expensive doors, designer interior, good new furniture. Large rooms. And everything seems to be fine, but there is always BUT ... In the morning we went down for breakfast at 9 o'clock. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. And there is nothing to have breakfast with... three pies, two spoons of salad, a glass of lemonade and rosehip were poured. There are no forks, no spoons. All four tables are in dirty dishes. To the question of whether something will be reported in the dishes, the answer was received that breakfast is from 8 o'clock and everything has already been eaten. We agreed that breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., and now it's only 9 a.m. We were offered fried eggs or scrambled eggs. In general, all the boring and comfort of the hotel were crossed out by breakfast, or rather the lack of it. The waitress girl and she also seems to be a cook and a cleaner and a dishwasher, said that there were a lot of guests today and because of this, no one is ready. I believe that this is the negligent attitude of the hotel management towards visitors. They knew that there would be a lot of guests for breakfast in the morning, they could either increase the breakfast by time, or arrange additional staff and the number of portions for breakfast. At first I wanted to give the hotel a deuce. But having put together all the pros and cons and in the hope that the hotel management will read this review and draw conclusions, I put a solid four. Who will be at this hotel, write down whether something has changed or not.
Breakfasts are served on weekdays from 8, although the hotel's website says that from 7. This is a disadvantage if you go to work and have to be somewhere else at 8 or 9. Instant coffee for breakfast.
For coffee, it is better to go to a coffee shop 5 minutes from the hotel. There's delicious coffee there.
I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, never cleaned or took out the trash. Of course, I haven't littered up these days, but it's still strange, they usually clean up at least once every two days.
A rooster was crowing under the window all the time, starting at 4 a.m.) but if you close the window, you can't hear it.
As a whole, the hotel is neat inside, the location is not bad. It is located in an area of something like the private sector, many houses have been converted into hotels, there is a basket nearby and just a small market, a coffee shop nearby. But I won't choose this hotel anymore.
We arrived at the hotel late at night and this day was counted as full, the usual breakfasts were scrambled eggs, omelets, porridge without frills, it's really possible to eat if you're not late.
The room has large beds, thick mattresses, we liked it.The bathroom is , of course , a separate conversation , there is no ventilation , after going to the toilet you will filter your own flavors yourself , the clogged drain in the stall is also in place .Two mini shampoos and a small bar of soap are in place, as well as a
hair dryer. There are two glasses and a refrigerator in the room, there is a problem with sockets, you have to turn off the floor lamps in order to charge the phone. The room was on the ground floor, there was no mosquito net, i.e. a passerby sees everything that happens in your room (tulle and curtains are in place). There is a grocery store nearby, beer from under the floor !!!
Conclusion: if you spend a clean night or two, then it's fine, but if you need a BATHROOM without surprises, then check everything at once when you settle in...
