Yes, this is the room my wife and I rented for a week. We paid the money and were delighted. The room is nice, spacious and with a heater. Heat. There is a nice kitchen with a refrigerator and a gas stove. But the happiness was short-lived. The claims of the owners fell on the very first day of their stay. You cannot use the kitchen. You only paid for the room. Get your shakers out of the kitchen. You are talking loudly and laughing. The lights in the whole house turn off abruptly. Do not touch our spoons and knives, no one has allowed you to do this. All this was accompanied by photos from cameras that are installed throughout the apartment, converted into a hotel. It turns out that we are being watched around the clock and reproached with every step wrong. We are non-confrontational people and did not want to cause a scandal. We were told: "If you don't like it, find another place to live," but the money, as other residents said, who are also shocked, will return only half. Before checking in anywhere, clearly find out the rules of accommodation. This is an eastern country, and it has its own laws

Cleaning in the common area every other day and every day, everything is very clean. The room is also clean.

This is the first time since I started my overseas trip four months ago that I give a hotel a negative review. First, they insulted us by asking: "Are you people or what?" The reason was that we used the shower in our room, and, according to them, this led to a blockage of the sewer system. They even threatened to report our passport details to the police. When we checked in, there were no warnings that it was forbidden to use the shower. If we had known, we wouldn't have stayed here.
Secondly, they demanded an additional fee for registration of residence, claiming that it was a state tax. It's funny, but in ten days of traveling around this country, no other hotel owner took such money from us for this reason.
Thirdly, after payment, they did not even provide us with a residence registration card. People of this type bring shame to Uzbekistan and are not worthy to engage in the hotel business. However, I know that they represent only a small part of the population. Despite such an experience, I still love this country and will definitely return to this beautiful land again

We wanted to book a room for three people, me, my mother and my future husband, the hostess of the hotel turned out to be not in the right place, said that according to their mentality it was wrong, to my words that, according to the law, they must move into rooms, regardless of family ties and we are not going to do anything there, the person replied: "well, I don't want to populate you so much" and hung up. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing.
The people running this hotel, be a little more adequate! You will scare away all normal people who are unsuitable for your "right mentality". Weirdos.

Samia Guesthouse is an excellent, cozy family-run mini-hotel. We have been there for more than two weeks. Therefore, I can say with confidence that we really liked it. Such a pleasant homely atmosphere, for which special thanks to the owner of the hotel.
You can buy groceries and cook your own food, it is very convenient, it feels like home😊In general, there is everything you need. Everything is clean, neat, tastefully done, and it is worth noting that the location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance.
The conditions and facilities are very good, and for such ridiculous prices.
