The first review was written 2.5 years ago. But they made me take it away. There was real blackmail on their part. It all started very well. I rented an apartment from Russia. I sent a deposit. I arrived and checked in. Expectations and reality have coincided. But then they still had adequate staff. During my communication with this agency for 2 years, probably 10 employees have changed. Now about their work. You will never get the landlord's phone number! I managed to get it after a year and a half. All communication with the owner takes place through an agency. I asked you to make the rent payment by transfer to the owner's IBAN. But no. They only accept cash. They work in the black. They give you an incomprehensible piece of paper. They demand their commission every time the contract is extended!!! I had to pay a commission for 3 years in a row!!! They do not provide any help with the arrangement. It is not clear what the commission is charged for. Moreover, the director stated that these are their internal rules. I don't even want to write about the rent increase. Although, by law, they do not have the right to take a commission every year when RENEWING the contract. A very dishonest agency. I have all the documents confirming their arrogance! At the end of the contract, they did not return the deposit for the apartment! Be careful when choosing this agency!!
