Good afternoon. On 06/07/2024, we signed a contract with the Most Furniture LLC company, ordered and paid for Leonardo's sofa. This agreement has a clause: 5.1 The production of goods is carried out within 45 working days. Today (08/26/2024) there is no sofa, no money.. The production itself is located in the city of Gorki, we called the store where we made the contract, there is always one answer - You need to wait.... Yesterday I received an SMS that the sofa will be no earlier than 08/31, so it will already be almost 3 months. Most likely, we just already got them with calls, and they decided to send an SMS. We are waiting further and do not know how it will all end. And I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to the rest.. Always check, read reviews, etc. Thank you for your attention.

We bought a Grand sofa from the Most Furniture factory about 8 years ago. It's comfortable, practical, and we're still happy with it. But this year there was a need to tighten the armrests of the sofa. We contacted Marina, the manager of the furniture factory. We were offered an option on our issue. In a short time, the staff completed the order and the sofa began to look as good as new. Many thanks to the manager Marina and the factory director for their responsiveness and help!

We ordered a sofa on 07/24/2024, promised that the order would be ready on 10/21/2024, today there is no sofa on 11/14/2024, we covered ourselves with a tricky contract, if I overdue the payment, then I pay 0.1 percent for each day, if the company, then 0.05, if you do not have logistics, then sell on the spot in Slides and do not rattle people's nerves
