Nice hotel. It is located not quite within walking distance from Registan, but not far from it. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Friendly attitude towards the guests. A fairly varied breakfast. During our stay, an elevator shaft was attached to the building, but this did not bother us. The service, as elsewhere in the East, with a slight touch of indifference, but, of course, not as stressful at times as in the Levant countries. Overall, the stay was wonderful! Samarkand has conquered with its beauty, history, ancient monuments, cuisine, abundance of greenery and clean air!

Excellent hotel, good breakfasts. Cozy and clean. There is a swimming pool, small, but there is. The guys at the reception are always ready to help and prompt. I was very surprised that the hotel is located in mahal (like a village). The room has everything and even bathrobes. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. From the hotel to the right and then to the left, a very tasty Samarkand pilaf is made in the house. The host is very hospitable. You can't get past it. I recommend..

A wonderful hotel! On a quiet street, but 15 minutes on foot, Karimbek restaurant with 5 stars, excellent shops, eateries, a bank. The location is good. The hotel itself is excellent, the staff solves any questions quickly. There were a couple of flaws, but I won't cling. The pool perfectly protects from the heat. The breakfasts are disposable, but delicious, I didn't get tired of them in 4 days). Clean, cozy and, most importantly, quiet!

I put a four for the fact that the hotel is new and delicious breakfasts, but the system does not allow you to put a three plus. But the price for this hotel is too high. For the second time, I will not stop with this approach to clients. The center (Registan Square) is a 40-minute walk away. the location is in the distance. New rooms are the most convenient to clean (everyone understands), but after cleaning, long black hair remains all the time, apparently an employee (how is this?). There was a syringe under one of the beds... There are no words. The staff has no comments. There are no such questions at all. In the above-mentioned review by another guest from August, it was written that an elevator shaft was being built (we were in early October and the elevator was still being built). This (elevator) is a commendable solution for a three-storey hotel, but it was possible to attach an elevator initially. And when you choose the option of a hotel with a mini-pool and plan to swim there in the heat, but there are diligent workers and bags of cement near the pool... Well, such a thing. A comment from the reception desk "it's not for long - for a few days!". But I came for a few days, so I'm going to another city. In such cases, the hotel must inform customers before arrival about existing problems and review the pricing policy. But no one cares about these problems. The same goes for the restaurant. It works for breakfast - no questions asked, everything is good and delicious. And the sign says that breakfast starts in the morning, and from 12 to 23 there is a restaurant. I bring the staff to the sign and ask them to explain why only breakfast?. They say to me, "they made a mistake, probably with the sign.." Well, in general, if it would all cost three times cheaper, then God be with him. And so the price tag does not match. And the elevator is somehow attached in such a way that I would not ride it later

A disgusting place that ruined our vacation! The hotel employee, according to him, he is the son of the owner, absolutely does not know what service is! Apparently, his kinship allows him to behave like this. We were with my husband out of season, in early December, there were no other guests at the hotel besides us, but the service is still disgusting! The rooms don't even have a chair where to put things, the room is not cleaned, we come for breakfast at 9.00 am, and everything is already cold... The hotel itself is uncomfortable, breakfast is in the basement without windows, it's cold in the rooms, the shower is leaking, the bathroom accessories are the cheapest, the phone in the room does not work, you have to go down to the reception to do somethingthen ask. There is no elevator. 4* this hotel does not deserve. The location is unfortunate, it's dark all around, and the center is several kilometers away.

Fabulous. It's quiet at night even with an open balcony, the area is very colorful. The staff is caring, communication with them via booking is fast, and the WiFi is flying. The four-star hotel justifies.

Excellent hotel near the city center. There is a swimming pool. Shops and markets are close by. The rooms are clean and bright. Air conditioning, telephone, TV, refrigerator. The price is above average.
