I liked everything! The hotel is new and stylish.
The location is not in the center, but a taxi around the city costs only 150rubles and it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the main attractions.
Clean, pleasant rooms, very comfortable bed. Large shower room with underfloor heating.
There are few people in the hotel during off-season. Therefore, the breakfasts are not a buffet, they prepared the breakfasts for a pre-arranged time especially for me))
The entire hotel staff was very helpful. Thanks!
From the moments:
— the wi-fi in the room did not always work (most likely, the router is located in the lobby and the signal simply does not reach the room). But the mobile Internet worked perfectly, so there were no difficulties.
— The pool was closed to the public in January.

Nice hotel. It is located not quite within walking distance from Registan, but not far from it. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Friendly attitude towards the guests. A fairly varied breakfast. During our stay, an elevator shaft was attached to the building, but this did not bother us. The service, as elsewhere in the East, with a slight touch of indifference, but, of course, not as stressful at times as in the Levant countries.
Overall, the stay was wonderful!
Samarkand has conquered with its beauty, history, ancient monuments, cuisine, abundance of greenery and clean air!

I put a four for the fact that the hotel is new and delicious breakfasts, but the system does not allow you to put a three plus. But the price for this hotel is too high. For the second time, I will not stop with this approach to clients.
The center (Registan Square) is a 40-minute walk away.

New rooms are the most convenient to clean (everyone understands), but after cleaning, long black hair remains all the time, apparently an employee (how is this?). There was a syringe under one of the beds... There are no words. The staff has no comments. There are no such questions at all.
In the above-mentioned review by another guest from August, it was written that an elevator shaft was being built (we were in early October and the elevator was still being built). This (elevator) is a commendable solution for a three-storey hotel, but it was possible to attach an elevator initially.
And when you choose the option of a hotel with a mini-pool and plan to swim there in the heat, but there are diligent workers and bags of cement near the pool... Well, such a thing. A comment from the reception desk "it's not for long - for a few days!". But I came for a few days, so I'm going to another city. In such cases, the hotel must inform customers before arrival about existing problems and review the pricing policy. But no one cares about these problems.
The same goes for the restaurant. It works for breakfast - no questions asked, everything is good and delicious. And the sign says that breakfast starts in the morning, and from 12 to 23 there is a restaurant. I bring the staff to the sign and ask them to explain why only breakfast?. They say to me, "they made a mistake, probably with the sign.." Well, in general, if it would all cost three times cheaper, then God be with him. And so the price tag does not match. And the elevator is somehow attached in such a way that I would not ride it later
