a great place , despite being hidden inside the street .
we searched for a long time where to celebrate the graduation and stopped at the Samarkand restaurant.
inside it looks like a castle, all huge and white.
there are 2 halls and a summer veranda , a booking function , its own music and a DJ.
the manager is a very good person and understanding, the staff is like in very good restaurants in the center ( the waiters are always there and watching so that you are always comfortable.
the menu is good consisting of national dishes, also if you want to book a banquet, you can bring something from yourself (drinks or fruits or sweets)
we really liked everything and it's not even a shame to celebrate a wedding in this place, it's so beautiful there

I haven't been to the institution itself. I ordered the delivery. So far, the most tasteless pilaf that I have tried in Uzbekistan. The meat is strong-smelling, low in salt, a very meager set for pilaf, and that's all for 46,000 soums. For a cafe named Samarkand, pilaf should be top-end, but it's not. They brought a cold, cooled lagman, also with noodles in the broth itself. Of course, the noodles are swollen, but lagman himself is more or less, much better than pilaf. Two stars only for lagman.

The best pilaf so far from what I tried in Tashkent. Samarkand pilaf is made with black cumin oil (zygyr) has a peculiar smell slightly, but pleasant. Pilaf is served in layers and it's just a buzz.
More delicious mantas, Olivier. Lagman (soup) is also good. But my favorite is pilaf. Especially in the morning, with delivery. It is stored quietly in the refrigerator for a couple of days. That's why I usually stock up for 2 days

On a large scale, a very poor level of service and, most importantly, terrible cuisine! Kebabs are one of the business cards of Samarkand, they are simply disgusting in this institution! The meat is just tender, with a smell. With great potential, it is a very weak implementation. It's sad(((
