We are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of water delivery. Couriers arrive at an inconvenient time without giving advance notice. The company's work schedule coincides with the schedules of most people — from 9 to 18, when we are usually at work and cannot accept delivery. Why is it not possible to arrange delivery at more convenient hours, for example, in the evening or on weekends? This creates significant inconvenience and forces you to waste time waiting.
In addition, the cost of water is higher than that of other companies, but the service does not meet expectations. I think that the company should reconsider its approach to customer service: improve communication with customers and offer a more flexible delivery schedule

Компания Samal Water ворует у клиентов в воровской системе платежные билеты с истекающим сроком действия. книга билетов, купленных для доставки воды, пока я отсутствую на работе, не имеет срока действия! заставить платящих клиентов терять деньги, когда срок действия билетов истекает, - плохой бизнес. водопроводная компания больше похожа на воровскую систему, потому что заказывать воду каждую неделю и сидеть дома ждать не представляется возможным. это больше не домохозяйка 1950-х годов, сидящая дома. билетная система — единственный способ пойти на работу и получить новые бутылки, однако срок действия 20 билетов истекает до того, как вы сможете их использовать. все вы, менеджеры, не берете трубку, так что вот мой отзыв. для правильной работы службы необходимы лучшие методы ведения бизнеса.
