After learning the problem from my words, he prescribed 20 injections, all the doctors are shocked. I gave 140 + 40-something for the medicine. Divorce. I bought everything according to the doctor's prescription. A man who, for a moment, was connected with medicine was shocked by the amount of drugs 😱
I've been here once. It feels like I got into an ordinary clinic. The ultrasound was done, they didn't really say anything and took the money. Skoriny 10a is cheaper and the attitude is different, more attentive to people.
But to each his own, I expressed my opinion.
I don't go there anymore.
I didn't have time to visit, but after talking with the administrator, I have no desire. I signed up for an ultrasound, but circumstances suddenly changed. I had to listen to the dissatisfaction of the woman who called to clarify the parish.
There is an impression that situations with delays in admission by appointment are the norm in this organization. When asked why the reception is carried out with a long delay, they give a "reasoned" answer and do not even apologize, as if this is the norm of things.
A reminder of the reception is carried out by calling the phone during business hours, and this is in 2022... I would like to receive notifications in text form (SMS, messenger, e-mail).
I did not even get to medical care in this organization, I immediately turned away from the service on the threshold. I hope that the doctors are coping with the main duties better, but the service is lame thoroughly.
They are being treated. It's better than in the city. The attitude towards customers is not comparable at all. And there is no choice anyway. Either here or to the capital. It's closer and faster here...
