I have never met a more terrible attitude from a doctor in my life.
11.10.2024 I visited a dermatologist (Kapralova-Berezneva Ksenia Nikolaevna), and, unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely negative. I am applying here for the second time, the first specialist was much more competent than this time. The doctor gave the impression of an incompetent specialist. She showed no interest in my problems and did not ask clarifying questions to identify the cause. Instead, I came across an approach where you ask a question, but you don't hear what you wanted to hear. The doctor was also not in the mood, I felt uncomfortable, the impression was that the doctor was waiting for me to leave as soon as possible. When I asked questions about my symptoms, she answered with obvious irritation and reluctance. According to the appointment of treatment, it was strange to hear that I had to go to a surgeon, then what did I pay the money for if they didn't help me. The nail both flowed and flows, as it whines and continues. In general, this dermatologist not only did not meet my expectations, but also left an unpleasant impression, after which I do not want to go back there anymore.

For the first time, I got some nasty feelings from the massage. Firstly, this was the first male masseur for me, before that there were only women and all three left the office so that the visitor felt comfortable undressing. In our case, the masseur told me to undress and continued to sit near the couch. I turn away, and there's a mirror on the other side. I go up to the couch, with my back to the masseur, and he tells me that I need to lie down in the other direction, that is, turn to face him and start lying down, it's good that at least I had pads on my chest.
Secondly, I told him that my back was numb from sedentary work and I was considering a massage of the back and neck-collar area, that is, the upper back is a priority. I still didn't understand why it was necessary to knead my hip bone, it seems like it is far from my shoulders.
Thirdly, he massages the right side of my body, and I still lie and wait for him to go around the couch and take up the left side. I didn't get it. The masseur finished the session, I got up and immediately turned away, and not only did he not come out again, he also went to the mirror to wash his hands. I understand that our massage therapists are asexual, apparently, I understand that they have touched hundreds of people for their work, but I would like them to understand that when they come to see him, he must be tactful and give the client a moment of privacy so that he calmly undressed and lay down without embarrassment. I will never go to a male massage therapist again.

I'm not coming here anymore. The biggest problem is the staff. All conversations about their personal issues, their sore calluses, how the day went, etc. are discussed loudly by employees, in front of the entire center and in front of clients. You feel like you're in some kind of outback, in 2010. No customer orientation. I came in, said hello, the receptionist looked at me and continued talking with a colleague. Well, in short)))) I do not know who goes here, but those who are used to normal service are not an option. I am attaching a photo.
It's important to note that the doctor solved my problem, but I won't be coming back anyway)

My son and I came to remove the wart, the doctor (I don't remember the last name) was a long time ago, the doctor was arrogant, not friendly, just terrible....They came 10 times, with acid and liquid nitrogen, they left a lot of money, in the end they couldn't remove it, I bought celandine at the pharmacy and brought it out myself.

We went with a small child to the dermatologist Kapralova-Bereznyova Kseniya Nikolaevna. I didn't like the reception, the doctor behaved too arrogantly and it felt like we weren't welcome here. She answered the questions reluctantly, the examination was only visual, without any additional devices (as it turned out, only with them it was possible to make a CORRECT diagnosis). Of course, it was good right away, she reassured me that it wasn't scary and would pass by itself, but alas. We went in vain, paid, and as a result, without an accurate diagnosis. I don 't recommend it , neither the center itself nor the doctor liked it .

I turned to this doctor Slobodchikova Yu.S. about acne treatment.I immediately sent to look for a tick and take a demodex test, demodex tests did not show, but the doctor did not give up and prescribed a whole arsenal of remedies that did not suit my skin at all, while not finding the cause of acne. I now understand that I have sensitive skin and all sorts of alcohol chatterboxes and aggressive ointments -they do not suit me at all. At the second appointment, I told the doctor that the skin was burning with fire and all dried up because of her treatment, to which the answer was "well, buy physiogel at the pharmacy" Because of the wrong treatment prescribed by Slobodchikova, I developed rosacea and rosacea.Therefore, you can simply give up on the arrogance and arrogance of the doctor, and the exhausted skin with treatment and, as a result, the appearance of rosacea and rosacea are problems of a completely different level.

I'm trying to figure out where so many laudatory reviews are probably coming from. She came with acne. I was not given any recommendations, but only a huge list of tests for demodex, sowing, fgsd, and so on ... and the next appointment is only in a month. According to the logic of the doctor (Slobodchikova Julia Sergeevna) I have to walk around with pimples on my face and do nothing, that is, they didn't even prescribe a chatterbox or cream... Okay, this consultation, if you can call it that, took place like this: a scientific monologue by a doctor about acne and zero benefit for me. Thank you very much, I know that you can't crush pimples, but fast food makes you rash. Julia did not ask me anything: neither about care, nor about diseases. The doctor considered me a stupid little girl, and herself an adult aunt doctor. As a result, I did useless tests in their "clinic" (a couple of rooms and a hall 2 by 2) and went home with nothing. I gave 67 rubles for demodex and sowing. Four doctors have already told me that both tests are useless — divorce. I wish Slobodchikova would also come to the doctor, and she would be divorced like a fool. I wonder how much of a percentage she gets from this divorce? The communication of the staff is as if they paid you for the appointment, and not you to them — I have not seen this even in a free clinic. To any of my questions about the tests and so on, they sat with a complete misunderstanding of what I want from them and why I stuck. There was only one normal woman at the reception with blonde hair. Polite, knows how to communicate. She has 1 star.

One drawback, recording only twice a month on the 1st and 15th. But it's worth it. I recommend.

Horror. The incompetence of the doctor Slobodchikova Y.S. is amazing. In 2019, he went to the clinic with a problem of acne on his face. The doctor appointed to take a list of tests (including demodicosis — and this is not the cause of acne at all), but not one does not relate to the identification of the causes of acne. As therapy, Slobodchikova prescribed me a chatterbox (alcohol 70%)!!! and ointment with sulfur content. It just killed my skin by drying it out. The Doctor did not say a word about the method of treatment with retinoids.
As a result, the 150 rubles spent, the time (I live in Gomel) and the lack of a complete result.

Not the center, but Sharashkin's office! I consider it my duty to inform as many people as possible about this. I have a skin problem, I took an analysis for microflora sowing. I handed it over on January 12 (it's been done for 2 weeks). Today, on January 30th, they call my mother and say that THERE WILL BE NO ANALYSIS, THEY WERE TAKEN FOR SOWING AT THE WRONG TIME, ALL THE FLORA WAS KILLED. Tell me, how is it!? they can't prescribe treatment for me, because I've been waiting for analysis for 2 weeks, my face is getting worse and worse, not only is I detained, I'm not ready yet. The center's work is completely unprofessional. It's just disgusting. Think about whether it's worth going there at all, because your health will be worse from inaction without tests due to the negligent attitude of doctors who do not know when this or that analysis is taken, and even for a fee.!
