I put an electric tool into repair. They promised diagnostics within 4 days, as a result - 10 days and the answer was ambiguous: "there's something wrong with the engine." The fact that "something with the engine" was clear even without diagnostics, well, okay. We agreed that the master will buy and repair the spare part himself. As a result, 15 days have passed, the master cannot really explain anything, he gladly agreed to return the faulty tool. Although, when applying for the first time earlier for the repair of gasoline pumps, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and timing of repairs. That's how ambiguous it turns out...

Нужен был ремонт мотокосы, знакомый подсказал эту мастерскую. Про поломку все подробно объяснили, что сломалось, что надо поменять, сколько это будет стоить. Даешь согласие – начинают ремонт, цена за ремонт такая же, как озвучена в начале, без неприятных сюрпризов. Ремонтируют именно то, что сломалось, без всяких придумываний дополнительных поломок, чтоб за ремонт потом денег побольше взять.
