We live next to this cafe.The music is constantly screaming.it is impossible to open the windows.They don't let you sleep in the late evenings.There is a private sector across the street from the cafe.I'm really tired of listening to this .The scream of the song.Small children can't sleep and adults can't either.Is it possible to arrange such establishments in residential areas?
