The impressions of the restaurant were very unpleasant, the complaints were about the kitchen.
We ordered a Caesar salad with large shrimps with a friend - the cost is 35 bel.rubles. We didn't wait long, the serving of the dish (in the photo) is very alarming.
I immediately felt a strange smell, but still, a seafood restaurant, where the emphasis is on fish and seafood.
I tried a small piece of shrimp, but I didn't eat the rest. The shrimps were dirty, not cooked, and all the guts were on the lettuce leaves.
The waitress replaced the dish for me without any problems, apologized, the salad was not included in the receipt. I left the amount for the salad with tea.
But the fact is that because of a small piece of raw, dirty shrimp I didn't eat, I got food poisoning.
I have no complaints, but I just want to warn the staff, chefs, visitors - be careful!

We decided to go to dinner with a friend at a new place. As a result, we waited an hour for food, although we were not warned about it. There were no tongs for snails, and no forks for seafood either. I had to eat snails with my hand and a dessert fork. The snails themselves had a taste of earth, which also crunched on their teeth, the bread for the snails turned out to be burnt. When I told the waiter about it, he replied that it should be so. Fortunately, the bread was eventually replaced for me. The crab hot dog was too spicy, although spicy and seafood are not the best combination. There is a lot of deep-fried food, flour, which is strange for a restaurant.
We voiced all our dissatisfactions, but no compliment was provided from the institution. It is quite strange, since it is important for a new restaurant to create a good reputation for itself.
The only thing that pleased me was the Sleeping Beauty cocktail. It turned out to be very tasty.

Come to lunch, and get to brunch. The main menu is served only from 4 p.m. I did not like that there is not a single warm dish on the brunch menu, only eggs. Even the coffee was brought cold. The cheesecakes were delicious, the children liked them very much.

We visited the restaurant on 09/06/24. We were met and led to a table. I immediately noticed the exterior. The tables reminded me of the tables at McDonald's in the 2010s. I have always dreamed of a massive stone table in my kitchen, but now I will abandon this idea in favor of wood and that's why... It was far from summer outside, and the guest room was slightly drafty, the windows were open, but the air conditioner was working at 22 degrees. The stone successfully took away the warmth of the hands, I had to warm up on a chair, and in general it is not pleasant to touch something with high thermal conductivity, especially after a fresh walk. Also, porcelain and earthenware does not play pleasant melodies after serving dishes on the table. The appliances are polished, pleasant in the girth of the brush, the tables are clean, the table is set with everything you need. Our choice was on lasagna with sockeye salmon, crab ravioli and crab donuts. The waiters did not behave intrusively, we did not need anything, the service was as it should be. The first course was served with an appetizer, namely donuts. The idea and the pitch are not trivial in themselves. I immediately liked the sauce, everything was harmonious and intertwined into a homogeneous taste. I didn't even hate cucumbers, which are often chopped coarsely and give extra watery and stand out brightly from the sauce. The doughnut dough seemed sweet, the filling in the form of a crab was present, not to say that much, not to say that little. However, the taste of crab had to be looked for among the dough. Sometimes it worked, but with more he got lost and never came back. This snack is not a flight or a fall, but just a start. The waiter noticed and stressed that we "coped" with the dish. They relieve themselves, but they eat food. Alas, we "failed" with the hot dishes. I came to a bistro/cafe/restaurant/establishment just to eat fish dishes, just to enjoy this bold theme of the establishment, relative to our geo location away from the freshness of the sea, mountain rivers and icy oceans. And that's what I got. Absolutely no pronounced taste of crab and in general its deprivation is completely in ravioli. The dough is not bad, the thickness, color, taste - everything is very even. But the filling is about nothing. Decorated with black caviar. My personal opinion is that people who put ANY caviar on hot dishes are not fully aware of life, do not fully understand something. You simply overestimate the price of the position and transfer a unique product.
The lasagna itself is tired, the dough sheets are packed somewhere. They warned me about the piquancy of the dish, as about the heat in February, but I did not take off my down jacket. Personal opinion that the sauce is not suitable, clogs the taste of fish, which already loses it during heat treatment. And if you try it without sauce, then just a C on a five-point scale. Desserts are prepared by themselves. I was sincerely pleased with the dessert, I licked the plate like a cat, in principle, any dish should make a guest do something like that. Many thanks to the waitress who listened to the criticism and removed the ravioli from the bill. By the way, black coffee is not delicious, watery. They left hungry.

The menu is very modest, prices are above average even in the center of Minsk with average food quality, but the waiters are too helpful, which sometimes causes this cringe of yours.
