We were on 04.12 with a friend. We liked everything! Well, that's right, the receptionist met the girl beautifully, the pleasant waiter Alexander served. We tried crab donuts and two tartars from the menu, there is nothing to complain about, it is very tasty. I also liked the cocktail that Alexander recommended. I have previously read the comments about the service and I can say that if you do not allow yourself to be serviced, then the service will be bad. As a person working in catering, I declare with all confidence that the young man has competence, as well as the entire staff) Prosperity institution !

The Salt restaurant has an excellent location in the center of Minsk.The restaurant consists of two floors, the second floor offers a beautiful view of the sights of the city.We got to brunch.We ordered Caesar salad with shrimps, cream soup with pumpkin and shrimps, cream soup with porcini mushrooms, and draniki.Belini cocktails, homemade lemonade.The food service, the dishes, and the service of the restaurant staff are very good.I liked everything very much, let's go back to the main menu again.

We came during the Culinarie gastro festival. We took a tasting set. It's great for your money! Four courses, each dish is bright and interesting. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the main menu, but I'm sure it's at the same level. The wine list is not the largest, but you can easily choose a drink to your liking. There are non-alcoholic cocktails (for the price of alcoholic ones, which is a bit strange). The staff also left a very pleasant impression. In general, I definitely recommend it. On our next visit to Minsk, we will definitely come again.

We were on February 14th with my husband. This place is one of the most wonderful in Minsk! Just believe me, remove all doubts and run here!The service is excellent, the waiters tell us everything about the dishes, there is no arrogance, there is a very friendly girl at the entrance! And the food... is a delight! If you go to an establishment to try something new and delicious, it's definitely here! Cooks , I bow low to you , really . Every dish is to the heart: attention to detail, although there was a large flow of people, for a slightly long wait for dessert, there was also a delicious compliment from the chef (a wonderful carrot cheesecake). Oh my God, I really hope that you will read this: MANY THANKS TO EVERY EMPLOYEE OF THE Salt ESTABLISHMENT. The atmosphere is great, the food is amazing (there's really nothing to complain about), the waiters are gold, the chef and the chefs need to kiss their hands! I was with my family on 13.02, I really liked everything. I was especially pleased with the large selection of snacks that can be taken with the company, as well as both versions of mussels - a lot of sauce, rich taste and a fluffy bun attached. Steak is a special delight!

Unfortunately, after the change of chef and team, Salt Restaurant cannot be called a gourmet restaurant.
Everything was quite tasty, but ordinary and without the "wow effect", "new" dishes can be found in other restaurants for a lower price, while practically not losing anything in taste.
A lot of bright and delicious fish items have left the menu (for example, tuna tartare, which was served in tartlets, seafood risotto), and therefore I don't want to come back again and again.

We really liked it!
A good Mediterranean restaurant with excellent oysters and fresh seafood. Excellent wine list.
The atmosphere is very welcoming, the staff is friendly and attentive, especially to children and their food preferences.

The guests at the neighboring tables were already with food, but for some reason we were waiting. We invited the administrator, offered, for example, to make a discount on the kitchen, but they refused. It is very strange to observe such disregard for guests in an institution with not the lowest prices, given the high competition in Minsk. When fully planted, the vegetable salad will obviously have to wait two hours. And the dishes were so-so, they weren't worth the wait and ruined the evening. I highly do not recommend it.

Even serving oysters, which do not require any cooking, will take 40 minutes of your time. The place is not bad, the music, the atmosphere. But the service leaves much to be desired. The waiters didn't even apologize or warn that it would be so long) It's unpleasant.
The dishes are delicious, but the mussels, salads and tartare are very mediocre. It's just like going to a new place, yes, but I don't recommend going a second time at all.
Even though we left a large sum in the restaurant, the waiters followed us with their displeased glances. I do not recommend this place for your warm meetings.

On May 15, we visited a new restaurant in the center with a marine theme. A pleasant aesthetic interior, two beautiful pleasant girls met at the entrance and led them to a table. I was in the institution for the first time. The place looks cozy - that's the end of the positive impression. Pasta with seafood was ordered, I clarified what seafood the waiter would have, everything is OK, they told me what seafood would be there. I understand that taste preferences are a matter of taste and subjectively, But the pasta turned out to be tasteless from the word at all. It seems like you can ruin pasta, it turns out you can. It tastes like overcooked thin spaghetti with sweet ketchup. (According to my memories, it was tastier in the school cafeteria). But let's omit the tasteful moment, it's really subjective. By the way, I didn't eat enough pasta, only seafood. When the waiter was called for the calculation, they asked us "how do you like it?". To which an honest answer was given. The desire was only to pay and leave. Instead, the girl left. We are waiting.. no one comes up to us, after a couple of minutes we call again.. after a while, the girl brings an apology package, accepts the card payment, the friend had cash, takes the cash and leaves. OK, there's dessert in the bag.. some kind of basket (I'll come back to it later)
So I had to wait some more time to get the change (they called the waiter again)
I will not say that there were a lot of tables in the establishment, but it took a long time to wait 15-20 minutes for the calculation, given that there were few tables.
I'll be back for dessert.:
Firstly, it would be possible to clarify whether I want this dessert, because it takes time (waiting for it to be cooked, or whatever they did with it), and I don't eat sweets.
Secondly, you bring a basket of ICE CREAM in a bag, I found out that it was ice cream when it spread in the package. Somehow, I think it was possible to warn that dessert should be eaten immediately, it was not -30 outside, of course it melted quickly.
Well, either you need to bring such desserts with appliances, or explain how to use such ice cream baskets after a while
In general, it is a complete disappointment.

We came on vacation from Moscow and visited this fish restaurant on January 5th. We were very pleased with the visit, the menu is small, but very interesting (as it should be), the kitchen works at a good level, the atmosphere is just wonderful, the service is 5++! The kitchen is good, but there are questions about the service. We had a waiter named Alexander. We ordered dishes, but one was not on the menu, replaced it with another and took drinks. The food is delicious, but there are big questions about the care of the staff. Instead of a custom-made drink, they bring me a completely different one from the one I ordered and it came out more in the receipt. By itself, Alexandra, we couldn't wait and another waiter turned to us if I remember correctly, it was Yana's girlfriend, she still has a piercing on her face (a very incredible cool girl, we are ready to return only for hersake) she heard our situation, clarified with Alexander and what he proved or tried to prove that it was all right, that we had made up our minds incorrectly, although I remember perfectly well that this was not my drink. Well, I don't care about such a difference in money, but the sediment remained + to all this, I don't understand why the issues are solved not by the waiter who took our orders, but by a completely different one.

Yesterday (05.01) I was in the restaurant for the second time. It was excellent!
The guys were all very friendly, described the menu with all the subtleties and with knowledge of the matter. The waiter Egor and the head waiter Evgeny made our evening with our friends unforgettable! Appropriate jokes, meeting by name… It's very endearing. I was also pleasantly surprised when the hostess called in the middle of the day to confirm the reservation.
We were also very satisfied with the food and cocktails. We ordered dorada, beef tartare and spaghetti with seafood. All of this is definitely worth a try.
