A cozy atmosphere, you can sit on the second floor, if there are places, and in summer on the street under the roof. The waiting time depends on the number of visitors.

We visit this cafe quite often. City center, pedestrian zone. A good varied menu. They cook delicious. Everything seems to be fine, but there is not enough comfort on the outdoor terrace. Just sitting at a table outside! And I want to feel like you're in a cafe. We go anyway - the food is delicious!!!

A place in the city center, an interesting interior with abstract decorations. There is an air conditioner. For our large group, the tables were pushed together. There is a second floor, we sat on the ground floor. There is a hallway from the front door to the tables, which allows visitors to comfortably sit at the tables and enter the restaurant. There are enough items in the menu to choose from. I really liked the serving of dishes - both beautifully and portions of the right size. There is a payment on the card, for our group, at the request, a payment was made separately for each participant. The staff is polite, and the waiting time was immediately informed when ordering.

We visited the restaurant late in the evening. But the staff "fussed" and they prepared dinner for us according to the menu. It was very tasty. Pleasant atmosphere. The portions are large, but everything is so delicious that we took it with us. You can sit outside, this is also a plus. We came for breakfast. This is a separate "song"! If you want to visit the "gastronomic geography", then you should go to this wonderful restaurant. Breakfasts for every taste and color.

All my friends praised this place so much that I decided to go with a friend upon arrival in my hometown.
There are no questions about food, tomato soup is excellent, enchilodos is also delicious, but without wow.
The atmosphere and interior are not bad. Comfortably.
But the advantages end there. Service is zero! No one greets the guests. This is a minus. All the staff hang out at the bar. It's like they didn't come to work, but to hang out. The admin with the manager (as I understand it) is sitting on the bar. The waiters and the bartender are laughing and having fun.
Regarding the waiter service, well, I'm generally silent. The guy didn't ask what dish to serve when, and no one asked if we liked the dishes either. How is that even possible? The knife fell off the tray (but technical mistakes can be forgiven when the waiter is attentive to the guest).
When the bill was brought, after 5 minutes the waiter did not come to us for payment. He didn't say goodbye. Another waiter's girlfriend was standing in the hall with a phone. Guys, this is not serious. You won't last long with delicious food and location alone. And my advice is, teach the waiters how to sell. And not just: bring it - give it!

I would like to leave a not very unpleasant review, the family came from St. Petersburg for a couple of days and went to Salsa, everything looks very good, atmospheric, ordered everything to eat, my order consisted of cheesecakes, cake and coffee, as a result, after 5 minutes they bring me coffee and silence, I remind you about cheesecakes and dessert, to which I was told that they do not prepare so quickly, by the way, while I was waiting for these ill-fated cheesecakes for 35 minutes, my husband and son had already eaten both the first and the salad and of course apparently I also had to eat the cake after coffee, in general, there are no words. The cafe is completely not customer-oriented, the waiters are not competent and I do not know what to serve with what and when. Initially, when we sat down and looked at the menu, we decided to definitely return for dinner in the evening, but the result is a spoiled mood and of course we will go to another place for dinner.

We came to Vitebsk for one day and it is difficult to find our way around good establishments. That's why we went to Salsa twice in one day)))) I liked the place for its interior, friendly service, in addition, we were allowed to come in with our dog and put a bowl of water for her (which is undoubtedly a plus for me).
