Today, 07/29/16, I was outraged to the limit by the service at the ladies' room sink, where a woman does her job with obvious disgust,the chemistry stinks to her, she tore off the bobbins, and did not take them off her hair, washed off my head so that I had all wet breasts from the splashes ((the apotheosis was that a towel was thrown over me, not I even bothered to just blot my hair, which caused new streams to rush into my bosom when I got up.Wiping his head and chest((((.....!!!) I asked for a dry towel, to which SHE, who was busy, pointed to a stack of towels-"Take it there", taking a towel, I was horrified-there were holes the size of a CHICKEN EGG on it!!!I was outraged and took the next one, but it was even more beautiful-believe me, this terry towel SHONE THROUGH THE LIGHT LIKE GAUZE!!! I freaked out and took a towel from a neat stack next to it, quite decent, relatively new, to which I heard a rude shout - "You can't take these!!!"I asked why, the answer was "Because you can't! YOU HAVE CHEMISTRY-THEY WILL STINK." At least I felt contagious......((When I spoke in raised tones, they explained to me that they keep those terrible towels for clients for PAINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(((((((((((( There are no complaints about the master, but for some reason, having a regular customer card, I did not receive a promised 10% discount on ALL SERVICES, as their advertisement says, for chemical vaccination.I ask why?What is written for all services?Answer:for everything except chemistry.It's not about the twenty, it's about attitude.I paid almost 300 UAH.for the spoiled mood.IT'S A SHAME! IT'S DISGUSTING! I'M NOT GOING THERE ANYMORE!!!! NEVER..........(((((
