I am dissatisfied with the service, they sent the wrong flowers. I ordered on Saturday for Monday:1) CAPSICUM flower (bright fruits of decorative pepper), and sent another flower - tomatoes. 2) I chose a postcard, dictated a wish to the manager by phone. They said such a postcard was available and that they had already signed it. On Monday, the manager calls back and says that there is no such postcard and asks to recall the wish. After the flower was delivered, I called the manager back to say that the wrong flower had been sent. Different managers called me back 2 times and replied that they were figuring out how it happened. But in the end, I didn't get a response back. They didn't even say that they were sorry for the mistake.
