I made an appointment for a manicure at 18:00 in advance. I waited 45 minutes (!!!) minutes, and the master was not released. The receptionist did not think to call and warn about the overlap, although my contact phone number was recorded. The salon does not appreciate and does not respect the time of its customers, I do not recommend contacting here.
