One star for the service to Master Julia. He looks untidy and behaves defiantly. They cut my son's hair for 15 years. Julia initially decided that it was not necessary to listen to how to cut hair from adults. At the end of the haircut, when asked to make a smooth transition instead of clear cut lines, she replied that her client was satisfied and she did not intend to listen to requests from her parent. Only after she was reminded that her parents would pay for her service, she agreed to finalize it. An outrageous attitude!
