This is not a salon, this is a "diner"!
I agree with all the lame reviews about this "salon"!!!!!
I had 5 sessions of vacuum roller massage. 3 times of which I came on time by appointment, but I heard in response: "You're not booked in for today." How can this be??? Administrators only smile maliciously in response to outrage!! Every time I came, some kind of force majeure situation awaited me. I constantly had to find out something, clarify, explain...It's exhausting! The master is not a professional in his field at all! Terrible bruises on all legs did not go away for 2 weeks (and this is summer!). she is not attentive, kind of outraged, not friendly...I advise you to go to a refresher course and take the crown off your head!
NEVER, do you hear, NEVER and I advise ANYONE to even look towards the building where the sign "schwarzkopf" is posted near the Dream.
They love Ukraine...You will love your job and something may get better!

THE MOST TERRIBLE salon! They probably only earn money from customers. Everyone is rude! I came for a purchase. I did keratin straightening. Not only that, they made it for me in 1.20. instead of the required 3 hours. So that's not all.
1. The administrator and the staff are rude and behave like cattle.
2. The girl who did it to me (blonde. it seems that Luda) could not explain what is the advantage of one keratin for the purchase promotion from the one that they offer for twice as much! her employee explained rudely.
3. I have two hairs on my head. not only do I have a third length of hair, but they also proved to me that 4!!! Well, that 's okay! 50 UAH more expensive! It's not scary! without asking me and without evaluating my hair before the procedure in advance and without informing me that they might require additional funds, they smeared me, and then they told me that you still have 80 UAH plus! for the density!!!! and they started poking me with a brochure that it was written about in the coupon!This is a bastard!!! All right! I agreed, because it's still cheaper than the full price! but unfortunately I have very little hair! and they are thin! Believe me! Taking into account my length, there would be no need for additional funds!
4. They dried me with a hot hair dryer! which is strictly forbidden for kokochoko!
5. The protective mask against formaldehyde was given only when I asked.
6. The hair stuck up after leveling! They said it was necessary! and smoothed with varnish!!!!!!!!!!! This is called alignment!
7. After shampooing! I have 0 results!!!!
