I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE IN!!We stopped at the hotel, we thought that it wasn't even bad, then we saw that the white bed linen was stained and the hair was also dirty, the carpet was politely asked to change the bed to a clean one and vacuum it, and we went for a walk around Tashkent, after we arrive at 10 p.m. and see that nothing has changed except that our towel is missing and the food that we brought from the train, it turned out that the food was thrown out and the towel was thought to be theirs and washed (it's not so scary)
The bed was changed twice with us anyway dirty in spots (at least they tried to change it)
In the morning we noticed that our shampoo was not expensive, I went down to the reception so that they could look or ask the technician to return the shampoo, they said "we are not going to dig in the trash because the technician threw away a tube of shampoo" and began to swear at me that from the moment we arrived we demand a lot the head of the hotel yelled at me,I even tried to calm him down so that he could talk normally, but he did not calm down in any way,at first he asked to show that the shampoo itself said that he would buy it for us,I said that it was not here because the shampoo was from abroad, the main one said that at least for $ 1000 he would still buy and find shampoo in Tashkent,I showed the photo shampoo and the main one tells me "and from where do I know that this particular shampoo was", I would not waste my time swearing at the expense of ordinary shampoo, the main one started swearing and yelling at me, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
Result:
1) the head of the hotel was rude and yelled at me
2)bed in spots and hair
3) the door to the toilet did not close
4) threw away our food

Very poor hotel and staff service. It was late in the evening, and the room was not cleaned, everything was dirty. They didn't even offer complementary water or tea for a refund (they only have everything in the paid bar). There were no batteries in the bathroom or in the room, there wasn't even a place to dry anything, and I didn't say anything about the cold in the room. She was evicted for obvious reasons. They couldn't cancel the reservation and threw up their hands for a very long time. It's just that the reception didn't want to deal with the cancellation. I somehow moved out, but they asked for a salary. Terrible hotel, I don't recommend it.

An excellent hotel for lovers of comfort and silence. The prices are also relatively adequate compared to other hotels. The hall and rooms are always clean
