The parcel was sent a month ago and did not arrive, there is no one at the address, you call them, they say that this is just the address as it should be, but they are not there, communication via mail only, write claims to whatsapp. They don't give any information about the company, they keep everything a secret, they say it's a trade secret....you can't track anything by the track number < they excuse themselves that they can't contact the recipient, the wrong number is indicated, you write to them in whatsapp from this number, apparently it's not correct anyway

This company is terrible, there is no feedback. I do not recommend that you do not deliver it to the right address at the right time.
