When our order was ready, we noticed that the dishes were stained with soap stains.

I took salt and pepper from another place. the chicken is rubbery and also tasteless.
the service is disgusting. the girl is very unpleasant and seems to be doing a favor by accepting the order. don't even rush to give orders.

Отличное место, чтобы быстро, сытно и вкусно поесть. Большие порции салатов, цезарь очень вкусный. Ингредиенты все свежие и сочные. Драники свежепожареные, хрустящие, вкуснее чёс во многих ресторанах города, и к ним такой вкусный карамелизированный лук идёт, сладкий и сочный. Нравится идея с бесплатной водичкой с лимоном и мятой.

We waited for 2 servings of ravioli for 30 minutes, perhaps we would have waited longer, but by the 30th minute we had no patience. Asked to make a refund. I did not receive a check for canceling the operation, they offered to give my name to my request for a check, they will write me down and if the money does not return, then I can come for it… What are the warnings about heavy workload, what are the apologies for the current situation? The 3.1 rating is well deserved, further down.

I love salateira, but I strongly advise against this particular point. The worst I've ever been in. I ask for a promo salad - no carrots, we can't cook. I ask for pancakes with chicken - we can't cook an omelet ... okay, I ordered something that has ingredients, asked to orient it by time - they said 7 minutes. It was ready in 20 .. I found something non-chewable in the salad =/
We decided to visit this place with a young man.We ordered 2 Caesars with chicken, when we went to pick up the order, it turned out that they had run out of gas, which we didn't even find out right away.Refusal.
In general, the place is not bad, but I would like more responsibility and organization.

Невкусные пережаренные драники, курица в кисло-сладком соусе так себе, и непонятно, к чему она, зачем-то омлет, причем холодный. Есть невозможно, жалко денег. Цезарь выглядит тоже не лучшим образом.
