I've been here several times. Interesting serving of dishes. Satisfying. The falafel salad is great. Tofu salad can be modified - add spices to the tofu when frying, remove honey, add sesame seeds. The staff is friendly, they fulfilled all my requests. It is cooked in 5-10 minutes. You can assemble your own dish from the ingredients. Thanks, I'll come again)

The food is not bad. But the waiting time is a disaster. What is their trick:
You approach the counter, place an order, they say: "wait 10-15 minutes" ... and give out a receipt where the order time is 7-10 minutes later!!! Apparently, an institution from the future ... you approach with the question: "where is the order? It's been 20 minutes." And they poke your nose into the receipt and make a fool of you: "girl, look at the time in the receipt"
They repeatedly made remarks: "figure out the settings of the cash register, stop making idiots of visitors"
But ... and after a couple of months nothing has changed....
So if you have an extra hour to wait for soup to be poured or a salad to be thrown at you - here you are!
Dear administration, figure out the time settings in your equipment! And stop deceiving the visitors!!!!

Incompetence and complete rudeness. Fantastically terrible service.
The order was not delivered in 3 hours, the receptionist hung up.
An hour and a half after placing the order (the delivery is promised on the website for 60-70 minutes) they called me and offered to replace one of the positions, because they don't prepare it at the point. Why take an order to an institution where it cannot be fulfilled in principle is not clear. Moreover, payment is made only when placing an order.
I was not satisfied with this and I offered to cancel the order, especially since the waiting time has already exceeded the promised. But instead of canceling, I was offered to transfer the order to another of their establishments, where it can be fulfilled, and "in 40 minutes it will be with you." I agreed.
Another hour and a half passed. There is no order. I called the contact number. Separately, I would like to mention the manner of the administrator answering the call with the word "hello", without introducing himself or greeting. It seems that you've got the wrong number and are calling a personal one.
When asked about the fate of my order, I was told that I asked for it myself(!) to move it to another institution, and because of this delay. And by the way, they saw the order more than an hour after the moment of my payment. I was also informed that I had been sent to a meeting (probably the name of the attempt to fulfill the order after all, violating the deadlines 3 times). The fact that the order was initially accepted by an institution that cannot fulfill it, they are not to blame, and since I want a refund, they will "make it right now" for me. Then they called her a boor and hung up on her.
I would have given the employee's name if she had bothered to introduce herself.

Overall, it was delicious, but the cashier was sullen.
We were deceived by 6 rubles (assemble the dish yourself).
The ravioli was delicious, but overcooked.
The uzvar tastes strange, it looks more like compote, the pear is absolutely not felt, the taste of lingonberries prevails.
We prepared everything quickly.
The pancakes were not very tasty, but not terrible, maybe just a special recipe.
But the soup I ate last time was chicken, it was delicious.
In general, a C grade.

We took cheese soup and Caesar with shrimp. The soup is delicious, I recommend it.
However, the staff almost threw the tray and did not comment that there were crackers. But that's okay.
Caesar is terrible! Disgusting. The shrimp smelled stale. The sauce smelled strange. The price is 20 rubles. We tried to eat. As a result, they left it almost entirely, now they also feel sick (((
The staff is rude, very impolite. We probably won't come here next time(((

They cook very very slowly.
It can be seen that all employees cook very slowly and relaxed, taking their time at all. You can do it more quickly, this is not a restaurant.
At 13:29, the order for the salad was made, at 13:48 it was just ready.
I came up and asked, they said the pager would beep, as a result, it did not work…

We ordered 2 carbonars, instead of the promised 15 minutes we waited for 40. It is not clear what was brought, one portion is cold, the second is barely warm... But from carbonara there is only the name... I don't recommend it in general. It is better to avoid and eat at least pizza in the neighborhood. 1/1000 rating, not out of 5

Доставку заказывала на работу, привезли все горячее, хорошо упакованное. Брала куриный суп и драники. По вкусу все супер. Суп просто блаженство, большие кусочки курицы и их много, довольно большая порция. К драникам много сметаны положили, тоже спасибо. Рада, что приборы положили, часто при заказе доставкой из других кафе и ресторанов про них забывают ( даже если указал). 10 из 10.

Заказывала равиоли с курицей, а они оказались кислые на вкус и с не приятным запахом, вернула обратно (испробовав 1 шт) девушка (видимо админ) попробовала и сказала что все ок. Оставила ей доедать) очень жаль что не предложили никаких решений и компромиссов.

Заказывал через Яндекс-доставку 5 разных салатов. Пять салатов и пять соусов к ним были не подписаны , какой соус к какому салату неясно . Полез на сайт salateira.by , чтобы может быть там определить какой соус к какому салату, а их сайт весь на бел. мове. ИЗДЕВАТЕЛЬСТВО какое-то!
В салатах с томатами , некоторые помидоры были неспелыми - зелёными.

Качество продуктов неплохое, но блюда из них средний уровень, цены высокие. Не нравится, но это моё субъективное мнение. Показатель для меня салат Цезарь - не смогла доесть из-за соуса, невкусно.

Раньше (полгода-год назад) салаты были вкусными по адекватной стоимости, персонал был приветливым. Сейчас качество упало, цены выросли, персонал работает из под палки.
Желание вернуться - пропало.

Мне очень нравится салат «Марина», но есть несколько но:
1) в 5 из 10 случаев не хватает ингредиентов
2) 17.07 мне попался «интересный» пластиковый «морепродукт» (см. фото).
Не знаю, приду ли я к вам ещё раз, поскольку это может быть опасным для здоровья.
Прошу обратить внимание на то, что попадает в тарелки вашим клиентам.

Заходила 12.08 где-то около 16 часов, прождала минут 7 около кассы, в ожидании пока со мной !хотя бы! поздороваются, при том, что я видела как минимум трех сотрудников, которые меня игнорировали на протяжение всего этого времени, выпрашивать и выспрашивать, чтобы у меня приняли заказ я не располагала временем на тот момент, делайте выводы..

Дорогая забегаловка. Заказал салат из курицы и овощей вес 400 гр. Отдал почти 15руб. В Грин такой же салат обходится 8руб

Были 06.08.2021г. примерно в 16.20. все довольно вкусно и питательно.
Немного смутило, что в салате "Цезарь" ложат не помидоры черри а обычные, и консервированные ананасы.
