They arrived half an hour later than the required time because of this. The delivery is paid! At least apologize for the delay. Next time I'll think about whether to order delivery here or not.

I was with a friend at your place on 30.08 at 7 pm. The order was prepared for a long time, the dish looked sloppy. To all this, when we were eating at the table, the cleaner, without looking at us and our plates, began to wipe our table by pushing our plates away!!! After dinner, in addition to all that has been said, indigestion happened to both of us. Sad and not tasty. :(
Salateira lost its level after moving to another food court location.
Before that, the establishment had its own area with excellent service and comfortable places. Now everything has turned upside down. At the food court, all the tables were not cleaned with a terrible smell, the staff was as irresponsible as possible, ignoring orders and requests from customers.

I didn't consult properly on the dishes (I'm a vegetarian), as if I saw the menu for the first time in my life. Which were not in the soup. We came back with the soup. They gave us crackers, while having a conversation on a mobile phone. The soup and carbonara were cold. We came back again, asked to warm up. We were warmed up, without apologies and special desire. We sat down at the table. There was only one fork missing. We went back for a fork and sat down at the table. There are clearly problems with the staff. A situation happened yesterday, and it's good that I kept the receipt and have the last name of this employee. When the turn came, I stood at the counter and saw a picture: a girl leaning against the wall, typing something into a computer and generally paying zero attention. No problem if you need to drive something in, move away or something else, but at the same time they say "I'm sorry, there's a problem, I'll serve you in a minute", well, at least something needs to be said to the person, and I stood like an idol and waited for at least some reaction. By the way, after that she pushed off from the wall and just looked at me, as I understand it, it was a signal that I could speak..
But there was a nice girl on the issue at that time. And we said hello and wished you a good day (which should be the norm in theory).

It's been a very long wait, but it's still a flower. The last two times in a row, when I clearly announced the "takeaway order", I was brought with me. At the same time, they give the finished order and I should have reminded them that they did not report the sauce. Everything has to be monitored and controlled. Pagers also don't always work ... in general, there is no more pleasure from visiting!
We decided to have dinner once again and take a couple of salads with us. A very unfriendly girl. With a disgruntled face, perhaps upset, she'd better take the day off or quit. He is in no hurry to accept the order, neither thank you nor hello. There have been no sandwiches for more than a month. The waiting time is 15 minutes. I eat here often and she's like this all the time. I'm already tired, so I'm writing a review.

After my reminder and her "tsk" with rolling eyes, she grabbed the container and started from the plate, like a pig, to collect my order, which flew in all directions. I made a remark to have my order reassembled, to which she sent the contents of the plate into the trash with even more indignation, threw the plate away and asked a colleague to collect my order for me. Excuse me, but what did I do to deserve such a dinner in the evening? I am a customer and I came to make an order to eat and have fun, and not to spoil the mood.

Персонал абсолютно неприветливый и даже немного хамоватый. Нам было озвучено время ожидания 15-20 минут в будний день. Были неприятно удивлены, но всё-таки остались и не зря!
Ценник высоковат для фуд-корта,однако порции большие и продукты свежие
Брали пасту Карбонара и суп Холодник. По итогу весь заказ приготовили за 9 минут.
Паста вкусная, не переварена и была горячей
Суп тоже хороший. Насыщенный, сбалансированный по вкусу
В целом, нам понравилось

Вообще мне всегда нравилось там кушать, обалденные салаты (пасту не пробовала), заправки для салатов делают своё дело👍 но! В последний раз мне муж взял салат навынос, и я немного была огорчена тем, что бекон был сухой, как будто лежал он два дня, помидоры безвкусные, шампиньоны обжаренные тоже как будто залежавшиеся. Место рекомендую для посещения, но хочу, чтобы руководство обратило внимание на свежесть заготовок.

Всегда любила ваши сочные бутеры с чиабатой. Что с ними стало?) Начинки супер. А то, что сейчас называется чиабатой, - ну совсем не очень на вкус, да и по свежести тоже.. Надеюсь это временно
Не вкусная еда. Попался волос в карбонара. Переделали.
Принесли, пережаренный бекон , обычные макароны. Соус не вкусный. За такие деньги, лучше поесть пасту в кафе.
