Delicious, satisfying, really large portions, BUT I support those who unsubscribe below: something really needs to be done with the service. There was a girl at the checkout who communicated as if the whole world owed her something, rolled her eyes and sometimes spoke in a kind of slurred way.
After we made the order, we were not given a number (which still beeps when ready), because we ran out. We waited for the order for half an hour somewhere in the hope that we would be called (we wrote down the name), as a result, approaching one of the girls of the institution, we received the answer that the order had been ready for a long time. It seems that we should stand guard over him if these numbers are over.
It's a stretch to put 3 (only because of the dishes), but this three is like a 2 plus

Usually everything always works well. But today I ordered delivery and the girls were confused and issued as pickup. If I hadn't called, they would have forgotten about my order altogether. They arrived half an hour later than the required time because of this. The delivery is paid! At least apologize for the delay. Next time I'll think about whether to order delivery here or not.

Salateira lost its level after moving to another food court location.
Before that, the establishment had its own area with excellent service and comfortable places. Now everything has turned upside down. At the food court, all the tables were not cleaned with a terrible smell, the staff was as irresponsible as possible, ignoring orders and requests from customers.
The waiting time was more than 30 minutes despite the absence of a queue, and in general customers.

I didn't consult properly on the dishes (I'm a vegetarian), as if I saw the menu for the first time in my life. There are no questions about the dish itself, but I don't want to tolerate this attitude. And just as I'm drooling I want to bite off a piece of shawarma, some madam comes up to me, apparently a local looking at the tables and asks: they say, did you order something from us (in this salad)? I say no, why? And she told me, well, go eat somewhere else! I didn't try to prove anything and moved to another table five meters away from this one. It is also worth noting that right next to the shawarma shop, people were sitting at the tables and eating salads and, imagine, no one kicked them out! When the turn came, I stood at the counter and saw a picture: a girl leaning against the wall, typing something into a computer and generally paying zero attention. Из всех мест для обеда в ТЦ,было выбрано это.
Персонал абсолютно неприветливый и даже немного хамоватый. Нам было озвучено время ожидания 15-20 минут в будний день. Были неприятно удивлены, но всё-таки остались и не зря!
Ценник высоковат для фуд-корта,однако порции большие и продукты свежие
Брали пасту Карбонара и суп Холодник. По итогу весь заказ приготовили за 9 минут.
Паста вкусная, не переварена и была горячей
Суп тоже хороший. Насыщенный, сбалансированный по вкусу
В целом, нам понравилось

Вообще мне всегда нравилось там кушать, обалденные салаты (пасту не пробовала), заправки для салатов делают своё дело👍 но! В последний раз мне муж взял салат навынос, и я немного была огорчена тем, что бекон был сухой, как будто лежал он два дня, помидоры безвкусные, шампиньоны обжаренные тоже как будто залежавшиеся. Место рекомендую для посещения, но хочу, чтобы руководство обратило внимание на свежесть заготовок.

Салаты разочаровали. Сухая курица, не свежие продукты. Заказала цезарь. Запах ужасный. Вкуса никакого. Цена не оправдана.

Всегда любила ваши сочные бутеры с чиабатой. Что с ними стало?) Начинки супер. А то, что сейчас называется чиабатой, - ну совсем не очень на вкус, да и по свежести тоже.. Надеюсь это временно

Не вкусная еда. Попался волос в карбонара. Переделали.
Принесли, пережаренный бекон , обычные макароны. Соус не вкусный. За такие деньги, лучше поесть пасту в кафе.
