In Gudauta, this place is called "PARADISE".
When we found this place, we no longer want to change and look for something else, really and truly. 💯
The first thing I liked was the large courtyard, it is always well maintained, lots of trees, flowers, greenery, everything is well thought out and most importantly very, very kind, responsive, polite, kind hosts. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well thought out to the smallest detail, everything you need to stay in the rooms is there.
Vacationers do not interfere with each other, kitchens are free, even cars can be parked in the yard and they do not interfere with anyone😁
Love at first sight ❤
5 min walk to the sea, shops nearby.
I want to come back to this Paradise every time 🥰

A very cozy house! The wonderful hostess Evelina, who will help you book an excursion, advise you where to eat, and tell you about the history of the city. The rooms are clean, bright, new furniture, comfortable bed. A large green area with fruit trees and flowers. The sea is 5-7 minutes away at a leisurely pace. There are several grocery stores and cafes nearby. I recommend you to stay.

This is not the first time we have come here on vacation. A large convenient territory, where even with the maximum number of vacationers, no one interferes with each other, you can always find a place for your company. Two large kitchens, with everything you need. The territory and common areas are cleaned daily. The rooms vary from compact for 2 people to large townhouses for a company. There are condos, bathrooms, TV everywhere, and good repairs have been made. The owners are wonderful, there is a friendly dog. It is very close to the sea, less than 5 minutes. Shops, cafes, canteen - everything is nearby. Definitely recommended
