I haven't been to the institution itself. But the delivery works great. The sets are great. The burgers are delicious and affordable. My children really like

Workers do not wash their hands before cooking
They are constantly sitting on their phones and playing games when the queue is waiting
The cashier is constantly talking on the phone with her friend while I wait for her to take my order
