I rarely write bad reviews, but this place is frustrating. Burger and nuggets are completely inedible ((the meat in the burger is burnt, the burger itself is made tasteless, nuggets are simply impossible to eat. The service is pleasant, but this is the only plus. I really hope that the establishment will improve, given that the food selection at the Caravanserai is very small

I could have given 0 stars-I would have done it. The burgers are absolutely tasteless. It is very, very far from the level of Almaty (which, by the way, is also not so good).
