A pleasant place, worth paying attention to for a variety of trips to Almaty to visit! The water is mineral (not native!!!), good pleasant, hot and most importantly clean water in the pools !!! Which is very important for hotels of this type. The rooms are clean and not bad in terms of occupancy. Minus, of course, the sauna … but with such hot waters, you don't really need it. The restaurant is very decent! It's just simple, homey and delicious, the lagman from the chef is good, the dumplings are really hand-made, and the manti are a delight, chopped lamb with onions, khachapuri in Adjara on a real, such delicate bread dough, and the cheese is all over and a lot ... in general, everything is delicious and we liked it ! Just keep in mind that the place is halal and therefore there is no alcohol here ( but you can take it with you, which is also very nice, since we had a bottle of riesling from Mosel 22 years old, such a semi-sweet pearl, which complemented the palette of evening taste sensations very well). So I definitely recommend visiting this place, especially since it can be combined with a visit to Charyn Canyon (as we did))), Kolsai lakes or relict ash forests!!! In general, you will accept it as a recommendation to visit))

Nice, clean area, I really liked it. There is an indoor swimming pool and a sauna. The rooms are brand new, clean, there are accessories: towels, bathrobes, toothbrushes and toothpaste. You can bring food with you, such as shish kebab or other barbecue dishes. The food in the dining room is also delicious. You can't bring food to the rooms, but there is a refrigerator. The cabins have a table inside and their own small pool near the cabin and a barbecue area. There are good playgrounds for toddlers and an outdoor pool with slides.

We are a bigtrip travel company.kz has been cooperating with the SAKURA recreation area for two years now. Because the rooms are clean and fresh, the food is delicious and the portions are large, and most importantly, there are clean pools with hot water. The staff is courteous, they quickly solve the tasks assigned to them. There is a specialized barbecue area where you can roast kebabs or cook delicious pilaf. And more importantly, you can come here with your own food.

We were looking for a recreation area with an indoor pool for family holidays. They explained everything on the phone, showed photos, videos, price list, etc. The kitchen was pleased, but you should not order tea there, as the water is not tasty. You can bring shish kebabs with you and roast them in the barbecue area. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean. The only negative in the bathroom was an unpleasant smell, most likely due to a faulty or incorrectly installed siphon.

I really liked the Sakura hot springs recreation area. Everything is beautiful and stylish.The service is at the highest level. I liked the kitchen. The spa area is super..👍.We were with guests from Astana...They really enjoyed their vacation.

Good location, well maintained territory. The sweepers are cleaned every day, in the morning. We rented a cottage, there were 8 of us with children. We had a great rest, there was plenty of room for everyone! Thanks!

The area is clean and cozy. The rooms are good, but the water in the shower is always cold, you have to wait 30 minutes for it to run, and it's very stressful, the pressure drops when it gets warmer. The musical accompaniment is zero. Kitchen for 3. A big plus is that there is a barbecue for free. The price tag is high.

Clean and tidy, spacious, friendly. But with nuances. 1) The pools are not very hot. There is only one, just a very warm, small sedentary one indoors. 2) The steam room is open from 16 to 22. That is, if you come for one night after work from Almaty, then you probably won't get into the sauna. But it is included in the price.

The zone is new. But there are already some problems with the interior . The doors are scratched , the stains , the pierced ceiling have disappeared that there is no hot water in the shower at the hot springs. I was very disappointed with the mold in the kettles . If you are coming here, take snacks from the store and so on (the store is a little poor). In general, the area is good , more or less fresh . The work of the staff suffers 3/5. The kitchen is edible without frills. Pools with cold water in summer , there is a sauna for free. I recommend it for 1-2 days rest.
