That's what Mr. Kopytin (director of Saks Fifth Avenue) from the so-called 5-star store in Almaty will tell you when you buy a winter jacket (more than 2 million tenge) that breaks after a month of normal operation. They are not even ready to pay for its repair (30,000 tenge). Sad company, sad director. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON.
