A small family hostel. I liked the flexibility in solving my requests, delicious breakfast, good, thick mattresses. Two bathrooms, moreover, one bathroom is combined with two shower cabins, in one of the cabins there is a mixer with a somewhat atypical principle of operation, it is better to ask to be told how to use it.
The hostel is located in a courtyard area - there is no noise of cars (this is a feature of this part of the city: the blocks around the perimeter are built up with high-rise buildings, and small houses inside) In 5-15 minutes you can walk to the main attractions in the central part of the city : Republic Square, Central Gallery, Vernissage, Opera, Cascade, Blue Mosque...
I recommend this hostel to all my Russians (and not only 🌝) 🤘 everything is in two steps:,, very convenient 👌 almost the center , you can just walk / watch a lot of things🌝from Sevan I moved to this hostel 🤘😎 from 03.09 to 10.09. The Armenian hosts, husband and wife, are very hospitable, they will always help with any question.They smile every morning and will feed you a delicious breakfast, which is included in the payment price.
Why can't you buy new, plain bed linen?

The room with 5 beds looks like a kindergarten bedroom. We would have put them all together so that it would not be so cold to sleep in winter.

The hostel is infested with bedbugs, the unsanitary conditions are terrible. The hostess feeds the cats from the dishes from which the guests eat!
There is almost no hot water, everything is very old
